The dealership falsely advertised the sale price. When I asked if there were additional charges before taxes and doc fees, they hesitated to respond. Eventually, they disclosed about $2,000 of accessories charges that were added to the car. AlsoWhen I contacted the dealership they said the car was available. After some conversations, they said it was sold ("sorry!"). Then tried to push me to check out other inventory.
Poor service. Service Advisor was inexperienced and completely nonresponsive throughout entire process. Zero updates provided as to the status of the vehicle.
Although warranty repair was made free of charge, the technician didnt properly seat the cowl that covers the wiper motor that was replaced. I sent pictures to my service advisor with no response. Ive been a life long Ford man, but experiences like this at Prosper Ford are driving me away from the brand.
I made an appointment several days in advance to bring my vehicle in for service.When I brought the vehicle to the service bay early in the morning at the appointment time, the employees were friendly and told me they would let me know if they had any questions and to let me know when it was ready. Bad experience they rise up the price and had hidden fees
A bad experience, because I paid for the rotation of the tires and they didn't do it, because I have a right rear tire that empties every three days and it is still in the same place. If it had rotated, the tire would be in another position in the car. Disappointing, you can't trust it! I would like an answer!
Took forever after deal had been negotiated. Sales guy was rude after I bought a 82k truck.
