The service manager told me they performed all the items on this service they performed on 09/20/2024 and replaced the TPMS stems.
These guys do not like being told you will not finance with them. If you finance with them- you'll probably have a much better experience.
My experience at Prosper Ford was more than unusual. I purchased my vehicle on August 19th, 2024. I truly wish I could rate Prosper Ford without stars. Customers are only seen as dollars signs and the customer service aspect is a lost art. My whole car buying experience was not good and I will not purchase another vehicle from Prosper Ford. Nor will I recommend buying from them. I don't have enough characters to go into detail, but my overall experience was bad. I will be contacting the CEO.
Long wait despite having an appointment
Super pushy on using their financing and resort to bullying if you don't. For example- acted like they didn't take wire transfers as a last ditch Hail Mary to get me to finance with them or else I would have to come back after the 3 day weekend with a cashiers check. Also- no oil change was done. I'm at 33%. Oh and one key fob didn't work.
They told me they would be there , but when I went there was no one there that had emailed me. After I looked at the car, they raised the price $2k online. Also added tint and other miscellaneous extra after market items so the price online was really not the price.
The worst experience buying a car. I was told they would fix a couple things once I bought the car. They tried to back out on that a week later but finally was told it would be done. Now two weeks after them having the car, I am getting lied to by the service guy on updates on my car. Will never recommend Prosper Ford.
The worst car buying experience I have ever had. More "Dealer costs" and markups than I have ever seen (I have purchased 6 other dealers before). Now, no follow ups to problems with the car purchased. No one is "available" when we call and have not recieved a single call back. Will avoid Prosper Ford at all costs.
I made an appointment online for my service. Waited 2 1/2 hours and they never even got to my truck. Told me I could wait another 2 1/2 hours or come back the next day and they wouldn't charge me but I just couldn't. I appreciate the gesture of not charging me but to leave me waiting for so long without telling me is really inconsiderate of my time.
