Bad product It is the worst thing you can buy
Not really satisfy watching review online and not getting the same product I watch some reviews on YouTube and seen it had a hard case and was well built but was mistake that they went cheap on the one I got and just came in a cardboard box.
Moiré patterns on display make it unusable This is the second PD600 I've tried. I returned the first one immediately and I'll return the second one. Both have colored banding on the display that moves as you move your viewing angle. The image shows an example -- but when viewed with the naked eye the colored banding (known technically as moiré patterns) is vertical. The iPhone see those as diagonal bands. My eyes!!!! I can't see after looking at the Rainbow! I think I received a defective machine. The screen has a rainbow on it. And it hurts my eyes just to look at it while trying to make labels. Please contact me to exchange the machine ASAP.
Wont turn on Only used twice. Now it wont turn on. Tech basically says buy a new one - not worth service. Love it when it worked but VERY disappointed now.
NOT easy to use I couldn't change the font size 6pt, 12 pt. 18pt for my tape. Just because the tape is 12 mm I should be able to EASILY change the font!!!
Jammed on every print i tried... Jammed on every single print. In fact, i never accomplish a single clean print in the 15 times i tried. I'm sure i just received one of the rare defective units but it appears they must not be tested for basic functionality during the manufacturing process.
It was opened and unsealed! I purchased a new product ! It arrived in the original box and opened! Unsealed! I purchased a new product!
Stupid keyboard layout - long learning curve If you are going to make a lot of DIFFERENT style labels and want them just right - I'd allow three or four hours of training time as you read the manual and play around with the machine. Much of what this thing can do is NOT INTUITIVE! FYI: It wastes expensive tape but fortunately the aftermarket tapes are much cheaper and work perfectly
