I love this place. The staff and doctors are wonderful. I have been going there to see Dr. Liff since 2015 if not earlier. She is great with animals, super friendly, warm and very knowledgable. When my puppy was sick she really made sure to help my puppy and she added 5 more years to my puppy's life. For that I will forever be grateful. I have a cat with type 1 diabetes and a chronic complex skin condition and he has been treated by Dr. Liff for 3 years. I have only had good experiences so far and I think the staff is really compassionate. I do feel medication explanations should be more thorough sometimes but they are always happy to follow up and make sure the next day that things are well!

This practice cares deeply about pets, but also about the people that love them. Dr. Reilly is especially kind and diligent about follow up! I'm really glad I chose Pure Paws for my cat.
Great staff, vets and techs who clearly care about their pet patients. My dog loves going to Pure Paws as she loves the staff there. She even tries to go inside when we don't have an appointment. I feel that my dog is in good hands whenever I bring her in to check on something.
I literally moved and still now travel an hour just to see Dr.Liff! She is just wonderful! Her staff is wonderful! They are thorough, answer all of your questions, they follow up with you, and are always accessible by phone or email! EVERYONE is friendly. I 100% trust Dr. Liff and I know that she gives my cat Charli the best care! Pure Paws is worth every penny for great service, friendly staff, and a peace of mind! I highly recommend both Pure Paw offices!(midtown and Clinton Hill)

First off, every time I call Pure Paws they automatically put me on hold, one time for almost 15 minutes, never less than 5 minutes. I've actually been in the office when they've answered the phone and put someone on hold - no other calls were taking place & no clients were at the desk either. Why? Though the care is good (to the best of my knowledge), things are so unorganised. The most caring people ever. The whole staff is welcoming, the vet takes her time to thoroughly examine your pet. And the prices are more than reasonable. I wish my personal physician and his staff were as capable as Pure Paws.

We've been taking our Wheaten Terrier to Pure Paws for close to a decade. We love them, and our dog loves going to the vet because everyone treats him so well. It's a win/win.

Have been taking my pup Kobe to Pure Paws since I brought her home in December 2020. Luckily we haven't had any medical issues outside of a yearly physical and vaccines (and a minor ear infection) but each time the office and staff have been responsive and caring. Dr. Thitipraserth is fantastic and her love for animals shows in her interactions.
