Being a new dog mom can be stressful at times especially when it comes to the health of your pup. Overall I have had such a great experience both times being there within the past two weeks. Once was for a wellness check where the veterinarian provided me positive feedback and tips on how to properly take care of my new dog. My second visit was more of an emergency. Pure Paws has gone above and beyond to help care for our new puppy. I can't say enough good things about this place. Super responsive front desk. Kind and knowledgeable veterinarians. Friendly technicians. Clean rooms and sitting area. It's easy to make appointments. They communicate super clearly about medicine needs, vaccination schedules and more. We just moved to Brooklyn from another city. Did my research looking for an affordable vet when my cat caught an unexpected foot infection. I'm SO happy I came to pure paws in Clinton Hill. My experience at Pure Paws has been smooth & reassuring all the way through. Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been taking my dog here for 3 years. They explain what they are going to do and more importantly the options that you have. They are very honest and don't try and charge you for unnecessary procedures or products which I've encountered at other vets in NYC. I can't imagine taking my dog anywhere else!

Pure Paws is amazing! I can't imagine taking my dog and cat anywhere else. We've always had a great experience with Dr. Zamora, but during our visit today, we had Mike (one of the vet techs) for the first time. He is a dream to work with! He treated us and our pets like family. We took our new rescue dog there for the first time and had lots of concerns and questions--as we've been strictly cat owners for several years--and he answered everything easily and with so much patience. When I got in I was helped in no time and the office was very professional Mike gave me a carry bag , Zamora was so gentle with midnight and this carry bag really means a lot to me. It's good to know there are still good samaritans in this world. Thank you Mike and Zamora we will definitely be back. Midnight says have a good week

We are new in the city and finally we found a nice vet for our cat. Dr. Schafer and Dr. Göksun were so sweet and helpful. Normally my cat can be so grumpy with vets but this time he was so calm because of them. Very happy that we met them

Myself and my wife first visit there with our kitten Ghost the staff was very professional. The doctors were also very helpful in explaining what shots and treatment that ghost needed.
