My pup Chili came here for a check up and shots. Dr. Liff and staff were so sweet to Chili and very professional. After the full exam, Dr. Liff went over that was going on with Chili and the order of importance for each service so it wouldn't break the bank. Chili was well taken care of and I feel confident in Dr. Liff and her team!

They found that my dog had keytones in his urine .They contacted a veternary hospital, and send them all the necessaries, so they could start treatment immediately. The hospital was waiting for us went we got there. Was very grateful for how they handle the entire situation.

I highly recommend Pure Paws! My cat has seen both Dr. Poller and Dr. Liff and they are both fantastic, knowledgeable, and kind doctors. They really, truly care about you and your pet. I just recently brought my sick kitty in to see Dr. Poller and she was able to diagnose her right away and get her on the road to recovery quickly. Her and the staff have even been following up to make sure my kitty is doing ok and are so helpful in answering any questions. I've never had such amazing service here in NYC. I've been taking my two dogs here for 3-1/2 years. I have been to several different vets in Brooklyn, and this is by far my favorite. I took one star off because of the price. They are not cheap. But I have to disagree with other reviewers in that I really think that they do a great job of keeping your costs down, and they also help you prioritize your pets' needs to balance cost with the animal's well-being. Dr.Liff and her staff are so incredibly professional. A few years ago my cat broke her arm. And i while i was crying Dr. Liff gave me my options. I choose for my cat to have surgery. And with in weeks she walking. Recently i had another sick cat with a wound on his forehead. Dr. Liff did a biopsy and informed me of some of the outcomes, one maybe cancer. Pure Paws vet is amazing. Dr. Poller took such great care of our dog and the staff communication and interaction was perfection from start to finish. They were a dream to work with and I would trust them 100% with any pet needs. Highly recommend!!

This is a big shout out to Dr. Gabrielle Fadl. You're not just a doctor... you are my kitty's guardian angel. Last month my kitten was diagnosed with a Strong suspicion of wet FIP by several other animal hospitals. We were devastated knowing that if our little Ramona had this fatal virus it would be days before we would have to put her down as this disease would ravage her little body. I used this clinic for over 4 years for my senior cat. Dr. Liff has been incredibly helpful whenever any issues have come up. I have recently moved away, but Dr. Liff continues to advise and help me with medical issues my cat experiences. I recommend this clinic without reservation.

Dr. Liff performed a surgery on my dog Bruno's knee as he was only walking on three legs. 6 weeks later and he's back to the normal puggle he used to be. She was great through the entire process and so was her staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Update: Honestly don't believe how anyone could rate this place less than 4 stars. I wouldn't listen to any bad ratings here.t
