The team is friendly and very professional. We went there for an annual checkup for our cat and we had a couple of concerns. They took time to listen and observe our cat and addressed all of our concerns. They didn't try to sell any additional products or procedures and we really felt we were between good hands. Plus, they are very affordable! Will definitely stick to this place for our next visit!
no wait time, clean office, very calm caring and informative doctors! all my questions about adopting a new dog were answered fully and without any rush. my super nervous rescue dog had a great time and didn't seem scared at all. highly recommend!!
Easy online in-take, great in-office experience even when busy (with coffee!), lovely "bed-side" manner, and fast and thorough follow up. Such a life saver because it's so hard to find great pet care in Bed Stuy; glad we found Dr. Schaffer and Pure Paws - thank you all!
I've been bringing my fur babies here for over 8 years. They have gone through a lot of changes but I still trust them with my dogs and their prices remain affordable.
Very sweet!! Took care of my cat Akon. The Carecredit comes in handy.Its $56 for a doctor consultation tho. Veterinary care coordinator Yasemin I believe was awesome!!
Back again for annual check up and vaccines. Very happy with the medical staff, exam and vaccines are very quick and efficient, and only thing preventing a 5-star review is the checkout/payment process. The front office are great at checking in, but when you come out of appointment they don't seem to call you when you're ready to pay and leave, instead it seems it's up to you to go up to desk and ask if they're ready to give your bill and leave. We have been very happy with Pure Paws and their kind and professional help with our dog-child. They are thorough and yet not alarmist! It's sometimes hard to get a weekend appointment but they are great at working with your schedule.
My dog, Ja'mie, has had all of her veterinary care here at Pure Paws and it's been wonderful. She's had her first puppy exam and immunizations, her spay procedure, and her first year check up so far. Booking appointments has always been really easy and the front desk staff is friendly. Ja'mie has been seen by Dr. Zamora and Dr. Schaffer. Both are very caring and thorough. I am a new patient of Pure Paws and won't be returning to my old vet! I brought my 6 yr old Pitbull in for an exam before a dental cleaning scheduled for later this month. Since my first phone call, I have encountered nothing but happy, helpful staff. Dr. Zamora thoroughly explained both conservative and more aggressive choices for my dogs cleaning, and made me feel very comfortable about my decisions.
