The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of their services. They always take the best care of Mr. Raggs and are helpful in the best way.

Its so difficult to find a great vet that is reasonably priced w/ amazing service. The staff are all so sweet. They take care of my two toy poodles. They also don't try to upsell and pressure you to buy what you don't need. Wish they had a location in Bushwick. I don't mind traveling further in BK for their amazing service though. It beats any Vets office on my side of town.

I've been going to Pure Paws for four years now. I've always found the vets and staff to be caring and patient. They are upfront about the costs snd seem to genuinely care about the animals. They also take the time to explain things clearly.

This place is one of the best because Dr. Burns referred my babies there and they have been well cared for since. Please note they are expensive but still reasonable in directing you to what is more important at that time. Dr. Reilly is the best vet ever...you can tell the animal means more than the money to him.
Pure Paws is a pretty good vet. They were good with our cat, and the doctor's are thorough. Only issues I've ran into are with scheduling as they seem to book up pretty fast.

I adopted my baby Gatsby (first cat) in September this year and this was his first vet visit with us. I was very nervous because he isn't a cat that likes to be touched much and I was having them trim his nails which are a NO GO ZONE for him (didn't want anyone to get hurt). No name dropping, but you guys are so awesome helpful, much more than other Brooklyn vets I have been to. From the staff in the front, to the doctor on the phone (COVID-measure), I was so happy and comforted to know I had my cat in their care. I hope you are all well and get more business!
Really quality and attentive care. Generous and knowledgeable staff. -- I tried three other vets in the area, this one was by far the best.
