We walked in and made an appointment for our Shih Tzu puppy. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. We went back for his first appointment there and waited about ten minutes before being called to the back. The vet was great and you could tell how much she loved animals. I specifically made a Yelp account to review this vet. My dog's ear was ripped by another dog at the park on Sunday and distraught I simply googled emergency vet clinic and this was the first to pop up. I am so glad I went here. The space is clean and welcoming and all the staff are very friendly and care about your pet. I am so thankful they took me on short notice and my dog is thankfully healing wonderfully. Thank you Pure Paws! 100 percent recommend. They will be our number one vet choice from now on.

This is Bo. How great are they? So great that he feels comfortable enough to wander and sit in the sink. He was on a bad place. They did many diagnosis and found the right one. And this is one vet that will take the time to give you all the information, then say what they would like to do and then come back with an invoice for your review.

Been here couple of times. The place is clean and the customer service is great. Dr. Liff was profreessional and informative. She gave me recommendations about the treatment for my cat and they were helpful. I totally recommend this Vet.Thanks.

This was my crowd sourced 3rd vet in two weeks to try and figure our what was wrong with my (vomiting) Lhasa Apso. They were kind yet informative and super reasnable! Also I got the check up fee waved because a friend referred me. Its clean/ chill/ they offer humans coffee and animals water bowls. I can't reccomend this place more. Love them. Making them my primary care vet :)

I took my dog Cooper to Pure Paws to have his ears checked out. I was able to get an appointment the next day in the afternoon. I call d the day of Coopers appointment to see if I could bring him in earlier. No one answered but the voice recording provided an email address I was able to send my question to. I sent the email and it was responded to in about the 10 minutes. I was able to bring him in a couple of hours earlier. They were very friendly to both of us. Supportive and professional! They calm me down and take great care of my pup! They're always available to answer my questions via the phone, waiting time is short when scheduled for an appointment. Highly recommend!!

Helpful staff. They don't try to up-sell a bunch of stuff or push treatments that your pet doesn't need. I'm lucky to have this vet in the neighborhood.

The staff at Pure Paws are very professional, extremely caring and efficient. My large breed dog was handled with care and respect as he was very nervous and defensive. Dr. Louise Schaffer especially and she was able to offer her advice and consultation via email and phone when I wasn't able to get in and speak in person. She made me and my boy feel important, valued and heard. It is very clear that their objective is for the betterment and health of these animals and want to do what's best for them and you.
