We are new in the city and finally we found a nice vet for our cat. Dr. Schafer and Dr. Göksun were so sweet and helpful. Normally my cat can be so grumpy with vets but this time he was so calm because of them. Very happy that we met them
Myself and my wife first visit there with our kitten Ghost the staff was very professional. The doctors were also very helpful in explaining what shots and treatment that ghost needed.

The staff is very helpful. The technicians explain everything that is going to be done and the cost. Dr. Liff and Dr. Zimora are very thorough. I have been bringing cats here for over ten years. They have been great in recommending treatments and being realistic when there was nothing further to be done. I only had one bad experience in the whole time and they were very apologetic in remedying the situation.
Absolutely amazing veterinary care and really really really nice people who work here from reception to the vet techs. We have a cat who has been struggling to beat ringworm for months and they have been nothing but supportive and amazing about it. Had to bring him back in because of a new spot and they waived the exam fee because this was about the 5th time I've had to bring him in. While we had a great initial experience, it sort of want downhill from there. After his first appointment, some of his symptoms got worse. Two weeks later, he was unable to stand, despite the fact that we'd done testing and followed the treatment plan. We brought him back because we were really concerned, but they weren't very sure what was up with him. I had both my fur babies Sunday April 21 for a visit. Mike came out and greeted us like he's known us ALL his life. VERY attentive, professional & understood how concerned I was about them approaching their senior years. I'm very happy Mike is there at Pure Paws. He REALLY cares about the 4 legged babies
I love Pure Paws. They've always been very nice and easy to talk to/communicate with. They're not looking to price gouge for their services and I feel like they have my dog's best interest at heart.
Not bad, but not amazing. All the vets here were very kind. Some advice we got seemed doubtful though and in the end no one really knew what was going on with our dog. Which I would be ok with but then we were told we'd have more results the next morning and that they would give us a follow up call which didn't happen. When I called I was told the doctor was at the New York office.
