I was very satisfied with my decision to go out of my way to bring my cat here. Doctors and staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. i don't think I ever felt so calm and attended to at a doctors office, their fees were reasonable and the $50 discount for new client didn't hurt either! I would recommend them 100%, no doubt about it.

Pure Paws and Dr. Liff are the best. TLDR: cost effective, friendly, thorough pet care. Absolutely worth 5 stars!! In detail: Front desk staff are great and always remember me and my kitties, even when I'm just stopping in to pick up meds. The wait times in the office are short and Dr. Liff is always straight to the point during appointments, which I love. I started going to Pure Paws after adopting a senior dog (Gucci Poptart) and was given a voucher for a free examination from ACCNYC. The staff are all incredibly welcoming and kind to both humans and their fur-babies and I feel as though the vets themselves do a very good job addressing your concerns knowledgeably without being patronizing like I have seen at other clinics. Last vet I went to wasn't nearly as helpful. They were kind, caring, and also quick! We were in and out in 30 minutes and I felt that they did a very thorough job. They called next day to check up and see how my cat was feeling. I'll return with my car for annual checkups!

I am so surprised to see some of these negative reviews. Since I moved to Brooklyn in January I have spent a lot of time at Pure Paws. My dog, Henry, has a depressed immune system. He is a rescue and was found at about six months old completely emaciated and with a terrible case of demodex mange. Needless to say he gets sick a lot. Dr. Liff is the best vet I've ever had! When my dog was terminally ill, she offered a realistic assessment of treatment options, and did not pressure to do any end of life "heroics" or surgery that would not have been necessary. I appreciated her help and honesty during that difficult time and I highly recommend Pure Paws in general for your dog or cat.

After our previous Vet had retired we were referred to this clinic. In an environment where veterinary care is just as costly if not more than human care at times I have found it to be of no fault to the doctors and staff of Pure Paws. Always willing to work with price and payment and my dog loves the doctors and staff. As long as I live in NYC I will be bringing my pets to Pure Paws.

Had a really great first experience at Pure Paws today. Dr. Fadl was great with my very spunky kitten and the vet tech was super amazing. I'm so sad that I forget her name but she was SO informative about caring for my new kitten in so many aspects. If you're looking for a nice well-kept and professional place with staff who are kind and know their stuff, Pure Paws is the place.
