I used this clinic for over 4 years for my senior cat. Dr. Liff has been incredibly helpful whenever any issues have come up. I have recently moved away, but Dr. Liff continues to advise and help me with medical issues my cat experiences. I recommend this clinic without reservation.

Dr. Liff performed a surgery on my dog Bruno's knee as he was only walking on three legs. 6 weeks later and he's back to the normal puggle he used to be. She was great through the entire process and so was her staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Update: Honestly don't believe how anyone could rate this place less than 4 stars. I wouldn't listen to any bad ratings here.t

I had a wonderful experience here. It was my first vet visit with my new cat. Both the nurse and Dr. Fadl took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the pros and cons of every product and procedure and didn't push me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. They handled my cat gently and with love. They also listened carefully and gave me detailed advice. I am a first time dog owner and took my new pup to Pure Paws because they are in my neighborhood. The care we got there was exceptional! The entire staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and generous. They spent so much time answering all of my new mommy questions and put me at ease about my puppy's adjustment to her new home. The office is clean and nice and there is free coffee and beverages for the owners. So thrilled to have found them!

We recently lost our pet to a tragic accident. We were not home at the time so our neighbors called pure paws and they sent an ambulance. When we finally arrived, we were met by the most sympathetic staff and ushered to a grief room. The doctor who attempted to save our beloved, as well as another staff member, sat with us for at least a half an hour and were incredible gentle, loving, honoring and generous. They also cried. The office staff was so sweet and fun while I was waiting for my pup to get her shots and blood work. I even had a cup of coffee! The office and exam rooms are very clean and spacious. Santiago was so sweet with my dog and made sure all of my concerns were addressed! Dr. Poller was kind, quick and efficient. The first fun vet trip for my dog and I!

We see Dr. Poller at Pure Paws, she is excellent! Pure Paws is great, the facility is really nice, and everyone was extremely helpful and caring. We will definitely be returning! Dr. Poller followed up several times when our pug was not doing very well and helped us navigate through the process of getting him better. We feel very lucky to find such a great vet to take care of our little monsters. So happy at Pure Paws!
