My water heaters were making a knocking sound, likely because of buildup. They were 16 years old, and I knew I needed to replace them before they started leaking and causing damage to my ceiling. Erik Stratton was sent out, and he found leaks and other issues. He was professional and not pushy. Absolutely exceptional service, from start to finish, during a winter I'm grateful when the heat is HOT and the AC is cool! Zack was thorough, knowledgeable, and honest, giving me a great quote. We have updated much of our home, and Radiant has been with us every step of the way. New water line, water heater, toilets, shower fixtures, new HVAC and duct work, new ceiling fan, and light fixtures. Everything was great. Ernest was very knowledgeable and had answers to any questions I had while he was performing the check of my HVAC/ heating system. It was also awesome that he was able to install my Nest thermostat, previously purchased, and he did it at no extra cost to me. I highly recommend Radiant heating and air conditioning as well as Ernest!!! Thanks for a great experience.

I was extremely satisfied with the work that radiant did at my home. I called them that morning and they had a technician at my house that afternoon to diagnose my hvac system. Due to the repairs that needed to be done we decided to go with a new system and they installed a new hvac the very next day. The technicians did a great job. They were very neat took pride in their work and made sure that I understood everything that they had done. They even made sure that I understood my new thermostat before they left.
