I am so grateful that Radiant helped me. I had an issue where my hvac was blowing hot air. I live in 95 degree weather in Austin, TX. I first had a tech from a different company show up and the other company told me the problem is the compressor and that the entire thing needed to be replaced at a cost of about $15K. I was upset, needless to say. But then I found Radiant!! I called Radiant on a 5 or 6 PM Monday night and they were willing and able to do same-day service (eta between "now" and 10 PM). We called Radiant Plumbing for the second time to help us with a leak we couldn't find. City of Austin was telling us we had a leak and charging us for excessive water usage. Logan came and helped us find where the leak came from. Logan was so customer helpful and after four days, found the leak. It was fixed and Logan then filled the yard back to normal. We didn't expect that. Geez, thank you. Radiant is so awesome and the only Plumbing company we will use.

They were prompt, professional and gave me several options to fix a leaky sink. I felt their prices were in line with the average cost for fixing the issue. Good follow up with survey and helpful when I explained I did not have a debit card for my rental property and I needed to pay by check.

Was the service horrendously, egregiously expensive beyond my wildest dreams? Yes. Did they get the job done? Yes. I didn't have the luxury of shopping around as I had a plumbing disaster on my hands. I was impressed by how fast, responsive, and communicative they were every step of the way. They were respectful of my property and time, explained everything they could in plain English, and were generally compassionate about the unpleasant situation.
