I've been using Radiant consistently for my plumbing needs for some time now and I've been satisfied every time. Jacob was at my home last week and he saved the day! My husband put too much broccoli cheese soup down the drain and Jacob solved all the problems!

Radiant sent a great team to fix our parent's plumbing system, which involved replacing very old, collapsed pipes for bath, shower and toilets. The team did a great job. Although we didn't get everyone's names, regrettably, we do want to give a thank you shout-out to Billy Stavropolous, Joe Landinski, Jacob Rose, Lance Gildon, Michael Martinez, and Gabriel Reyna. I had a very positive experience with Radiant! When an emergency plumbing problem happened one night over the weekend, Radiant responded promptly and sent a technician the next morning. Billy S, our technician, was very kind and trustworthy. He made sure the problem was completely fixed before leaving and also shared helpful tips to prevent future issues.

We always get a friendly and helpful person on the phone when we call, a quick response to our service or maintenance appointment request and a knowledgeable and friendly person to repair or maintain our plumbing or air conditioning issue. I don't use anyone else.

RADIENT CAME TO REMOVE AN OLD - THEN INSTALL THEIR NEW - GARBAGE DISPOSAL. The previous day, the person who took my appointment info listened well, as their amiable and very capable plumber came prepared with exactly what I wanted. He did a great job, took all the old stuff with him, as requested. The charges seemed a tiny bit steep, but what charges aren't these days?
