They were prompt, professional and gave me several options to fix a leaky sink. I felt their prices were in line with the average cost for fixing the issue. Good follow up with survey and helpful when I explained I did not have a debit card for my rental property and I needed to pay by check.

Was the service horrendously, egregiously expensive beyond my wildest dreams? Yes. Did they get the job done? Yes. I didn't have the luxury of shopping around as I had a plumbing disaster on my hands. I was impressed by how fast, responsive, and communicative they were every step of the way. My water heaters were making a knocking sound, likely because of buildup. They were 16 years old, and I knew I needed to replace them before they started leaking and causing damage to my ceiling. Erik Stratton was sent out, and he found leaks and other issues. He was professional and not pushy. We have updated much of our home, and Radiant has been with us every step of the way. New water line, water heater, toilets, shower fixtures, new HVAC and duct work, new ceiling fan, and light fixtures. I huge shout out to Matt for the HVAC, Brent and Jedidiah for plumbing, and Joe for the electrical work, and Breanna for helping us get to the finish line. Thank you all for fantastic work!!

Everything was great. Ernest was very knowledgeable and had answers to any questions I had while he was performing the check of my HVAC/ heating system. It was also awesome that he was able to install my Nest thermostat, previously purchased, and he did it at no extra cost to me. I highly recommend Radiant heating and air conditioning as well as Ernest!!! Thanks for a great experience.
