Hey Radiant, love your goofy commercials, but if you really want some fantastic publicity in a city that is crazy about their dogs is to DONATE SOME A/C units to the HUMANE SOCIETY. The poor animals at the shelter are truly suffering in this tremendous heat. Radiant could do a wonderful thing and generate a tremendous amount of goodwill with our community, but let's face it Radiant could write it off as a donation Tax Deduction as well, and why not? Peace and goodwill too all of Gods creatures.

We got 3 quotes for a new A/C unit and Radiant provided great service and a next-day install...so we chose them. Needed additional drywall fixing after the install and Tim the tool man did amazing work. It was better than new when he was done with it! Now we are living much more comfortably with a cool A/C and beautiful ceilings!

Honestly, I am not sure I've had a better experience with a heating and a/c company. Dan and his trainee with exceptionally professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and focused. Upon arrival they explained what they'd be doing, how the pricing works, and immediately got to work. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything I didn't need and presented options for consideration for those things that weren't required (which I very much appreciated). Our business AC went out on Monday. I called on Tuesday. They came out same day and they had an electrician out on Wednesday. The install was done on Thursday. wow! You get what you pay for. Apparently, I paid for excellence! Thank you Radiant!!

They made a commercial in response to a challenge from John Oliver which made for one of the funniest episodes of Last Week Tonight that I've seen in all 10 seasons. We love to see families and/or small businesses being wholesome, successful, and generous (for matching LWT's $10,000 donation to the Austin food bank).

Just watched last week tonight and their awesome generosity to a local food bank. I am a veteran and have friends in the area, I will be recommending folks in the area try their service and update the review as such. If their attention to detail to their paradox ads reflects in their work, you can't be disappointed.

This 5 star review is only for Tim , "the Toolman." I would have given more 5 star reviews if everyone at Radiant was like Tim. He came to fix the wall after the AC techs had to cut a hole in it. He was very professional, clean, and meticulous. He let us know what he had to do, and protected the floors, furniture, etc. The wall looked perfect when he was done.

Had Radiant replace one of my two AC units. Guys did great work and were done in a day, except for the attic stairs that were installed a week later. Tim did great job getting those back up! Unit is working great, and I would recommend them for HVAC service. Pricing is OK, but work was exceptional!
