I had a backflow issue in my guest bathroom in the middle of June. They sent a technician, not a plumber, to fix the issue. There was water damage. After mitigation and searching for contractors, the work has finally begun, but the contractor found that there is still a leak in the line that was supposedly fixed or condensation that was never addressed. I never received a receipt from this company for the "work" previously done. Though I have called multiple times to speak to someone, no one has returned my call.

1 star I hired Radiant for an emergency HVAC replacement at my occupied rental property and agreed to pay nearly $14K. Before approving the work, I specifically asked in writing whether the existing zoning dampers would be tested--not merely the zone control board replaced. Radiant's technician confirmed in writing that they would test the system after installation to ensure the dampers worked and that the house heated and cooled properly. Extremely disappointed! We called Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning when our AC stopped cooling. By the time the technician arrived, the unit had started working again, but we wanted it professionally checked. We were told we needed an "immediate repair" costing $2,467 to replace the condenser fan motor/components and add refrigerant and that even after spending $2,467, it probably wouldn't make it through the summer. I really hate to say it, but my experience with this company was extremely disappointing and, honestly, borderline felt like a scam. Their customer service was great, but the technician they sent out spent maybe five minutes looking at my AC system before telling me that the entire system was gone and needed to be replaced. I was told there was nothing they could do and that replacing the system would cost somewhere around $15,000-$20,000. They didn't even check the refrigerant level before making that recommendation. Wouldn't be able to tell you anything about their technical ability. Scheduled them to come out and they just didn't show up. Absolutely zero communication. They told me they'd text at 9am with my maintenance window, but they never did. I had to call them and ask what was going on, and they said that the tech wouldn't be able to come and then tried to reschedule a couple days out. Garbage. How are you not going to let your customer know that you won't be able to provide service? Terrible customer service, won't use this comp... read more

It has been 5 yrs ago and never forgot how incompetent they were in a house water leak. They good by experts in water leak and destroyed a wall when they couldnt justify what they would do when its open. Dug for hours and days with no equipement. The tv commercials annoy me, saying they'd be better than your husband, why i am writing now. I was better than the guys senr. Avoid at all costs

Radiant takes advantage of its customers and charges exorbitant rates. We paid $4,700 to have our hot water heater replaced, and later learned this is at least double what we should have expected to pay for the appliance and service. We had a newborn baby at home at the time, which the tech knew and even chatted with us about. So when our hot water heater suddenly sprung a leak, we were determined to get it fixed as soon as possible.
