We've used Radiant plumbing several times and have always loved the experience, but today takes the cake. Tim the Toolman came to clean up the drywall from a ceiling leak. He was with us all day, such a pleasant polite man. His work is excellent but his customer service is above and beyond. He even helped my kids bring in the grocery delivery. He is just another reason why we'll always use Radiant at our house.

I already have an existing AC maintenance agreement with them so when i needed to replace a bidet and repair another one I called Radiant. The entire job took under an hour and was not in the least bit complicated -- take one bidet off, install another and then install a new coupling on the second bidet. It cost me over $1,100. Not one word when making the appointment from the office or dispatcher about what it might cost. What the hell is so difficult and time consuming that it costs that much for this work. Hey there, Similar to other complaints, this shop practices scare tactics and huge estimates trying for big $$ Called a 2nd plumber out, he found a simple issue and fixed it for literally an eighth of the price they wanted... Before "the owner" chimes in at the bottom of this and says "we'd be happy to make it right blah blah blah". No. NO you won't. I've traded at least 8 phone calls with dispatch and keep getting the run around. There's no one that can help. No one authorized to help. -I'm trying to do the right th... read more

We had been waiting on Radiant to come out and do what they do to my water heater. My wife and I work full time and we made arrangements for one or the other to be present. We moved things around in the garage so the service personnel had access to the water heater. However, on back to back Fridays, they cancelled claimimg it was emergency calls that take priority.

I called them about what I thought would be a simple clearing of an AC drain but after multiple technicians came out they not only have not unclogged the drain they broke my AC unit and put a hole in my wall that I have to get someone else to fix. I've been constantly on them to get out there to fix what they broke but they keep lying to me about when things will get done. I will not be using this company ever again.

Requested the advertised tankless water heater flush The technician came and wanted to do $1000 worth of modifications - this is a bait and switch company - low life corporation - stay away. Their business model is defrauding customers

They say they are open 24/7 but the first guy they send out doesn't have any equipment so that trip is a waste then they send someone out with a not long enough snake and then by the the third trip, whichi is three days later, they get something done.

Staff is rude and uneducated. Totally screwed is around and we had them put in our new system thinking the had good service support. Pathetic

Would not recommend. A/C went out. We only needed a part replaced in the air handler. We were sent 2 reps from Radiant whom primarily wanted to sell us an entirely new system.
