Called them after our outdoor main pipe burst water through the flowerbed. Customer service was great and Zak came by 1st thing in the morning and immediately went to work. He was done in no time and left everything how he found it. I'm very satisfied!

Excellent service from start to finish! After installing our new HVAC system in our home, Radiant followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the work, which was great! The tech scuffed up our utility closet a little and they scheduled to come back out and fix the minor damage. Tim "the toolman" came out the next day and was very thorough and efficient in fixing the marked-up areas. Recommend this company for their stellar service.

They've done a great job on getting our new HVAC system installed. Very happy with our new system, but it did take some work to access the dampers, so we made do with the originals while the carefully found the best way to access them, efficiently and neatly cut access holes, always cleaning up carefully. Just had an air and heating unit installed and it went well. Even with the ice storm delays the staff kept us informed and checked in. Joe L. did a thorough job of answering our questions and was very knowledgeable. We felt we were in good hands and they did not disappoint. Joe, Terrell and Nazareth did a great job!

Most overpriced, under performing company ive ever dealt with and it's not even close. On top of that, they throw in a few "unforeseen issues" that aren't on the original quote, so count on paying more. They also used one of my own filters and then charged me for it. And couldn't even put batteries in the new thermostats I "had" to have.

Do not use them; there are dozens of HVAC vendors that are less expensive and don't overcharge for parts. Initially, they wanted to charge me $1600 (they don't give a warranty!), but told me that if I take a maintenance plan with them, the price will go down to $1100. Their parts were $300 each, whereas the parts from other companies were a fraction of what they charge (see attached quotes). The guy spent not even 30 minutes to do the job. I called Radiant because they were recommended by Rheem water heaters. The service fee would be $59 and the plumber charged me $199. He said we needed to replace the water heater and gave me an estimate of $15,000 when the most expensive one is under $2,000. BEWARE They are a scam.

Terrible experience. Plumber declared almost immediately we had a slab leak Didn't even check toilets. After cutting two holes in wall decided he would come back with a listening device. Estimated could be $30,000 to repair. Called another service for Estimate. This time checked toilets and determined they were source of leak. We have 2 unnecessary holes in our walls but saved ourselves $30,000. I truly believe this on commission Plumber was trying to scam an older couple. We will never call Radiant again.
