Just had an air and heating unit installed and it went well. Even with the ice storm delays the staff kept us informed and checked in. Joe L. did a thorough job of answering our questions and was very knowledgeable. We felt we were in good hands and they did not disappoint. Joe, Terrell and Nazareth did a great job!

Clogged pipe with water backup up to kitchen sink. The technician, Dominic, was professional and courteous. He quickly resolved problem with the tool snaking through pipe all the way to street. He inspected the pipe with video camera, with wireless connection, again all the way to street, ~70 feet from sink. He handed me his cellphone which showed the live feed from camera. Noticed a leak under the kitchen sink on Thursday evening. Called the 24hr. service line and spoke to an articulate and helpful person who scheduled us for the following day (requesting a morning call). Was contacted by Radiant Dispatch around 0800 the next day (Friday) and was informed a plumber could be at our place within an hour or so. My tankless hot water heater started having issues right after the last little freeze we had in San Marcos. No hot water would be produced until after it was reset a few times. Common issue as it turns out, as while most people know to crack open the taps during freezing weather, those of us that are new to the tankless water heater crowd might not know to run hot water a few times during the night, especially if your tankless design is either outside or placed on an outward faced wall(like mine). Tim the "tool man " came to install the insulation and trim after our new HVAC system was installed. He took the time to match the paint perfectly! He is truly a craftsman and I would request him again.

The worst plumbers in town! If you want to get screwed over, this is your company! They'll do anything for an extra buck, even if it means screwing over a 90 year old grandma. Run, run, run!!!!!

They do not run their jobs properly and leave it up to the elderly, homeowner to sit in a hot house for 10 hours making sure their crews finally show up. They caused water damage by knocking off caps on drain lines in the attic that worked just fine before they showed up and when your bathroom ceiling starts pouring water( on video and out of electrical fixtures) and ruins the sheetrock and insulation, they refuse to take responsibility or make repairs even after promising that they would do so. I requested a bid for some work and the price they gave was astronomical. I got another plumber to do the work for less than half of Radiant's price. Also, they just sent out advertising that's completely plastic. It can't be recycled. As though we don't already have too much plastic in the world. Where there's no good alternative, plastic is a necessary evil. But for ADVERTISING?! Come on.

Radiant Plumbing should be ashamed of themselves. While I was out of town, my wife called them for what we thought would be a straightforward, honest service. The issue? The pilot light went out. That's it. Nothing broken, nothing that required real repair. She was told there would be a $39 trip fee, which would be applied to any work performed.
