Had Juan Ramirez with Radiant.. come out and replace my Moen cartridge in the bathtub. He was on-time, and had done this job before, so knowledgeable! (With hard water calcium in the water, it can be a bear, doing this job! ) He worked tirelessly and it fought hard but he got the job done! Price was reasonable, so I had an outside faucet replaced as well! It's really nice to get to know your plumber and Juan is the type that you enjoy doing this and taking care of your plumbing needs!

We had an emergency sewage problem, and it revealed a cascade of issues. The technicians responded promptly and were great at communicating and walking us through the process. Every single technician that helped us was amazing, but Gunner went above and beyond. He fixed our dripping outdoor hose bib as he noticed it was leaking. It was small but the gesture went a long way. We have used radiant in the past at our previous property and will continue to use them (hopefully not for a long time!)

Tim "The Tool Man" was great!!! He came and fixed everything that was damaged during the installation of our HVAC system. Once he was finished the area looked as though it had never been disturbed. He also cleaned up a lot of debris that was left over by the installers. Thanks again Tim for doing an amazing job!!

Very responsive and on time. My 15 yr. old AC was acting up. I called on a weekend and a human answered my call and got scheduled Monday. The technician Bryan is so knowledgeable and friendly. Offered to have someone to present diff options to fix/replace the unit. Very professional.

Tim the tool man spent the morning repairing and painting our ceiling and molding following the installation of two new HVAC units. Tim was prompt, professional, and his work has made the space look even better than it did prior to the installation. I really appreciate the effort that went into this today as it would have been easy to take a shortcut and deliver lower quality work. This was the perfect way to complete my experience with Radiant.

Had an hvac install and there was some carpentry work that needed to take place. "Tim the tool man" Polished up any of the construction work so perfectly & went above and beyond to prep the house and areas to assure no mess was left behind after work was complete. Thanks Tim!
