I had an extremely disappointing experience with Radiant Plumbing, specifically with technician Marcel LaVallee. We had water showing up on an exterior wall near one of our bathrooms. I want to share my personal experience with Radiant Plumbing Service so my neighbors can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I have never left a negative review, but my experience with Radiant was extremely disappointing. To begin with, Radiant canceled three scheduled appointments. I was very understanding each time, as I know unexpected things happen. When a technician finally arrived, I was told I needed a new UV light for my system. I was told the part would need to be ordered and that I would be contacted once it arrived to schedule the installation. Save the headache and avoid this company. Scheduled an appointment and then they missed the appointment window they confirmed, then missed the later time they gave us also. Our tech was knowledgable and friendly but the company overall is a hassle you don't want to deal with.

We had radiant install a new system 4 years ago, and there was a manufacturer defect that caused our system to lose refrigerant. While the parts would be covered by warranty, the labor to replace it was in the thousands. We feel like we spent significantly more money for a premium service and now we're being held hostage because of a manufacturer issue on a product that was recommended by radiant, and we now have to pay thousands more. Right now if I could give negative stars I would! Very upset whole new HVAC system put in house just 10 days ago. Today part is out and company cannot get it. My house is over 80 degrees inside and nothing is being done!!! System cost me a ton, I just bought my house and need help! The service manager called once and has not gotten back with me. I asked for hotel or something as I have health issues. I am angry to say the least. Owners need to get involved and help with this!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The $20K + HVAC system installed in my home failed after only three months. While I understand that equipment can occasionally have defects, what has been most frustrating is the lack of urgency in addressing the problem. Way overpriced and huge estimates. My advice is to go with a smaller company who will do the same job for a fraction of the cost. This is to be expected with larger companies, and more overhead, but still. Our faucet only needed a new "O"-ring, not a whole new faucet. We ended up having a friend replacing it for free.

AVOID I had radiant plumbing and air-conditioning come to my house to look at my garbage disposal that wasn't working. After playing around with it for about 10 minutes, the technician told me that it was broken and then gave me options for a new one, with prices starting at $1000. He charged me $250 for the visit. A week later, I had my neighbor take a look at it and he easily fixed it with an Allan key right away. This business feels like a scam.
