They say they are open 24/7 but the first guy they send out doesn't have any equipment so that trip is a waste then they send someone out with a not long enough snake and then by the the third trip, whichi is three days later, they get something done.

Staff is rude and uneducated. Totally screwed is around and we had them put in our new system thinking the had good service support. Pathetic

Would not recommend. A/C went out. We only needed a part replaced in the air handler. We were sent 2 reps from Radiant whom primarily wanted to sell us an entirely new system.

The installers did excellent work and they get a 5 star review from me; however, the company as a whole gets a 2 star review because they have a serious communication problem. I was told the installers would arrive Monday or Tuesday, so I waited all day for them. No show until noon Wednesday. None of my phone calls, emails, texts, voicemails were answered. I wish I was writing a more positive review, but here it is. I wonder if it's the fact that they know you can't fix your own plumbing, that makes people speak to you in such a disrespectful way. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. The technician who came to my home was polite on the surface, but the overall tone of the interaction felt condescending. The mechanic did (apparently) fix my mini-split control board issue. The problem was that they charge $59 just to show up and then blow you away with an incredibly expensive estimate. I should have just swallowed the $59 and told him to pound sound, and shopped a little harder. This was just over $700 for about one hour of work. By contrast, my handiman came in, and 2 of them worked for 2 hours and charged me about $250 ... Radiant Plumbing provided a completely false diagnosis that nearly caused serious financial harm to my family. A few weeks before Christmas, I discovered wet carpet and water damage in one of my children's bedrooms. Called them to investigate a issue with an upstairs toilet gurgling when flushed. I looked up what might be the problem and it was either a vent or drain issue. They said they could come out and perform a free inspection of my drain as a promotional deal. This turns into a sales pitch of replacing my entire drain system and I was quote $80k for the complete repair after being shown some video of my drain pipes that zero damage or backups.
