The worst plumbers in town! If you want to get screwed over, this is your company! They'll do anything for an extra buck, even if it means screwing over a 90 year old grandma. Run, run, run!!!!!

They do not run their jobs properly and leave it up to the elderly, homeowner to sit in a hot house for 10 hours making sure their crews finally show up. They caused water damage by knocking off caps on drain lines in the attic that worked just fine before they showed up and when your bathroom ceiling starts pouring water( on video and out of electrical fixtures) and ruins the sheetrock and insulation, they refuse to take responsibility or make repairs even after promising that they would do so. They send more and more "cal... read more

I requested a bid for some work and the price they gave was astronomical. I got another plumber to do the work for less than half of Radiant's price. Also, they just sent out advertising that's completely plastic. It can't be recycled. As though we don't already have too much plastic in the world. Where there's no good alternative, plastic is a necessary evil. But for ADVERTISING?! Come on.

Business response:

Hi Michael, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience with the pricing you received as well as your concerns regarding our advertising materials. We never want a customer to feel that our services aren’t a good value, and I’ll be sure to share your concerns with our leadership team. As for the advertising, I completely understand your point about plastic use, and I appreciate you taking the time to bring that to our attention. We are always looking for ways to improve both o... read more

Radiant Plumbing should be ashamed of themselves. While I was out of town, my wife called them for what we thought would be a straightforward, honest service. The issue? The pilot light went out. That's it. Nothing broken, nothing that required real repair. She was told there would be a $39 trip fee, which would be applied to any work performed. What she was not told is that relighting the pilot light -- something that takes less than a minute and zero skill -- would be billed at $130. For this "service," they charged her $... read more

Business response:

Hello Steven, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and how it made you and your wife feel. We understand how frustrating it must have been to feel that the service provided did not match the cost. We do want to clarify that the $130 you were charged was our standard diagnostic fee, which covers the trip, the time our licensed technician spends inspecting the issue, and ensuring your system is safe and functioning properly. While in some cases the solution can seem quick or simple, the fee reflects not just the a... read more

They charged me $980 to repair an outside plumbing leak in March. I Just had another leak in same location & they said I needed a regulator because the water pressure was too high. They wanted $9800. For the repairs. I called another company. They put in a new regulator & repaired the leak for $930.

Business response:

Look at the reviews and Reddit posts. They try to take advantage of people and drive up the price of routine repairs. If you want to be bent over and screwed, call this company. They will do everything in their power to drive up the price of a service. They send out their least experienced technicans to unclog a drain, and then they tell you (after they have done it) you have to pay for another "senior" technician to come scope the pipe, and then another "senior" technician to re-install a toilet bowl. None if this is disc... read more

Be cautious of Radiant Plumbing and AC's deceptive pricing practices! Avoid hiring them! here is my story: I hired Radiant Plumbing and AC, based on their advertised $40 introductory visit fee, to check for a water leak issue caused by the clogged AC drain pan/drain line. The technician verbally quoted $67.10 for cleaning up the clogged drain pan/drain line, but the final invoice was $671. After arguing, he explained that the $67.1 was mentioned as a saving amount. This misleading tactic makes me believe and proceed with the... read more

To be honest I really enjoyed the plumber he was the one that made this a pleasant experience but to be sabotaged to sign a over $500 excavation is lunatic but I had to do it since the leak What's getting worse. As a senior citizen I felt I was being ripped off but the fact is that I felt without even explanation of why I was getting to have to sign a piece of paper saying that it will be costing over $500 is absolute criminal. I may not use this company again but like I said the plumber made it pleasant since he did a goo... read more

Radiant Plumbing and Air has completely lost our business due to two days of frustration and poor communication. I scheduled an appointment online to have an AC unit serviced at our office. It was confirmed for the afternoon, and I was told a technician would notify me when on the way. No one ever showed up. Later that evening, I received a call apologizing for the no-show and offering a $50 coupon as a gesture. I decided to give them another chance and rescheduled for the next day. That next day, I received multiple texts... read more
