Get directionsThe installers did excellent work and they get a 5 star review from me; however, the company as a whole gets a 2 star review because they have a serious communication problem. I was told the installers would arrive Monday or Tuesday, so I waited all day for them. No show until noon Wednesday. None of my phone calls, emails, texts, voicemails were answered. My main contact was out sick with the flu which explains his absence from when he was greatly needed, but nobody informed me that he was at home sick. The fact that I... read more
I wish I was writing a more positive review, but here it is. I wonder if it's the fact that they know you can't fix your own plumbing, that makes people speak to you in such a disrespectful way. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. The technician who came to my home was polite on the surface, but the overall tone of the interaction felt condescending. I was spoken to in a way that suggested I couldn't understand basic information, which is not how a homeowner should be treated. I was presented with multiple "opt... read more

The mechanic did (apparently) fix my mini-split control board issue. The problem was that they charge $59 just to show up and then blow you away with an incredibly expensive estimate. I should have just swallowed the $59 and told him to pound sound, and shopped a little harder. This was just over $700 for about one hour of work. By contrast, my handiman came in, and 2 of them worked for 2 hours and charged me about $250 ... I felt stuck because the first four places I called wouldn't service my brand of minisplit, but now I ... read more
Radiant Plumbing provided a completely false diagnosis that nearly caused serious financial harm to my family. A few weeks before Christmas, I discovered wet carpet and water damage in one of my children's bedrooms. I contacted Radiant Plumbing after finding them on Google, and they sent a technician named Brent Thompson Brent told me I had a slab leak and that my entire home required a full re-pipe. I repeatedly asked about cost and insurance coverage. Brent assured me multiple times that my insurance would cover n... read more

"10 year" ac system sold 4 years ago is dead. tried 7 times to contact this company about repair. "manager will call you" "technician will call you". useless. 5 days later have given up. $&@ thiis place.

Called them to investigate a issue with an upstairs toilet gurgling when flushed. I looked up what might be the problem and it was either a vent or drain issue. They said they could come out and perform a free inspection of my drain as a promotional deal. This turns into a sales pitch of replacing my entire drain system and I was quote $80k for the complete repair after being shown some video of my drain pipes that zero damage or backups. The sales guy who is apparently a "drain master" couldn't tell me between the pictures ... read more

We had a shower head that dripped. Had I known how bad and expensive it would be to fix a minor drip. I would have let it keep on dripping. It took 3 plumbers, and the discounted rate for 3 actual hours of work and maybe $200 in parts came to $1800. Yes indeed, that comes out to over $500 an hour for labor. They shut off the water and it left it off for 24 hours. The reason it wasn't repaired the first day was they said they didn't have a part. Final plumber was nice, but he didn't arrive with any magic parts for the r... read more

Do not even call these guys, unless you love a good shock. Read through all these reviews about their insane pricing and unethical bait and switch. Not to mention a sales guy that was condescending and tried to REALLY pressure me into working with them and insinuating that I was being stupid by pumping the brakes. Check out the whole Subreddit page about them! It's crazy!

I have used them in the past and loved them at the time but my latest experience with them will be my last. I made an appointment days in advance and took off from work to be home. They not only didn't make my morning time slot but didn't even manage to get someone out at any point all day. I was left high and dry. Really upsetting level of service. I was always willing to pay a bit more for good service but now they are priced at a premium and apparently can no longer deliver. The woman I dealt with said a manager would ca... read more
