We always get a friendly and helpful person on the phone when we call, a quick response to our service or maintenance appointment request and a knowledgeable and friendly person to repair or maintain our plumbing or air conditioning issue. I don't use anyone else.

RADIENT CAME TO REMOVE AN OLD - THEN INSTALL THEIR NEW - GARBAGE DISPOSAL. The previous day, the person who took my appointment info listened well, as their amiable and very capable plumber came prepared with exactly what I wanted. He did a great job, took all the old stuff with him, as requested. The charges seemed a tiny bit steep, but what charges aren't these days? Had a new 2-stage Trane unit installed in July, 2024. The sales professional, Matt, came out the day before, took measurements, evaluated our existing system, duct work, etc and explained the difference between the single and dual stage systems and approximate energy savings. Also saw me blowing my nose and sneezing and recommended the allergy/air purification package complete. We noticed water on the ceiling and reached out on Sunday, they were here within an hour. David F. was so polite and informative throughout the whole process. He found the problem and gave us some useful information on how to go about the next steps. Everything was done timely and he kept our place neat during the inspection 10/10!

Call Radiant when my ancient HVAC died. Gary came out to check what he could do. But the unit, blower, and ducts were feeling all its 40 years in the attic. When my Pomeranian girl looked sad at him, Gary made it a mission to replace it right away. The lads worked 8 hours to replace everything. My dog is now happy, and so am I*****
