Radiant plumbing seems like it has a bad rap, but our experience was pretty decent. Our plumber, Ezekiel, came at the scheduled time and unclogged our drain fairly quickly. Turns out there was a grease clog about 30 feet into the pipe. Communication was a little annoying, since I told them to come in the afternoon but they came in the morning when I wasn't entirely available. Overall, not bad at all considering they only charged $79 for a holiday special, when other companies were quoting somewhere between $200-$400.

We were able to get a same day plumbing appointment the day before Thanksgiving. Without this appointment we wouldn't have been able to use our showers or toilets for 2 days. We were very pleased with our technician Billy Stavropoulos who was very helpful and kind with explaining the issue we were having and patiently answering all of our questions! We will definitely use radiant as our go-to plumbers from now on!!

Another amazing experience working with Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Technician Tim Ferguson was exceptional and a master of his craft in addressing the water stains from a previous leak. Tim "the Toolman" did an absolutely amazing job on the finish work after a large AC install. He is extremely meticulous and customer satisfaction is a top priority. He arrived when he said he would and did not leave our home until the job was done. I VERY HIGHLY recommend Radiant's services.

"Tim the Tool Man" came over to repair some drywall damage near some ceiling vents after our ducts and ceiling vents were replaced. He was diligent, detail-oriented and courteous. He took the time to match the texture of the ceiling and the paint color. He also was very careful to build a plastic room around the work area to keep the space clean. I would highly recommend!

We have used Radiant several times with a different person helping us each time. I am impressed that each employee we have encountered has been outstanding in customer service. This time we might have met the whole team. We unfortunately had to replace our AC this year which is pretty traumatic in this heat. Our technician had to give us the bad news that our AC had died and basically insisted the sales rep get over to our house after hours so we can get everything started asap. Tim Ferguson, Home maintenance Tech and repair, just completed a project in our home, necessary because of wall damage as a result of our new air conditioning system installed by Radiant. The detail of work performed was excellent. Even beyond the norm was the repair of damaged border wall paper that accented our Disney themed bedroom. Thank Your Tim and Radiant
