Alec came out for routine maintenance on my air conditioner for spring. Very knowledgeable and had to add refrigerant which is extremely expensive now. The model air conditioner I have is being phased out even though it's only 4 years old.

Radiant replaced a master bath bathroom faucet knob. It the replacement part was precisely the same as the first one, it could have screwed on at now charge. Unfortunately, it took a few manipulations to make the new part work. However, the Radiant repairman was in and out in less than an hour He was super friendly and did great work! Not sure why they can't or won't provide a price breakdown showing parts and labor. They drive fancy trucks and have Ipads, they should be able to show the breakdown. Their prices feel kind of high. Also I would prefer to receive an actual receipt. Sick of emailed receipt that may or may not work. I like to keep a binder of work done on my home.

Radiant installed a new unit today and I want to say thank you. My old unit was burned out, I called on Tuesday, they sent Bryan out immediately he checked out what the problem was, now back in April they helped repair an already 23 year old unit in my mobile home, he advised me he could repair the same problem they had fixed in April but my inside unit was burning out the outside unit or could replace the complete unit. Had Juan Ramirez with Radiant.. come out and replace my Moen cartridge in the bathtub. He was on-time, and had done this job before, so knowledgeable! (With hard water calcium in the water, it can be a bear, doing this job! ) He worked tirelessly and it fought hard but he got the job done! Price was reasonable, so I had an outside faucet replaced as well! It's really nice to get to know your plumber and Juan is the type that you enjoy doing this and taking care of your plumbing needs!
