I called Radiant when my A/C abruptly died last week. The technician Don Lee did a great job explaining the motor problem, and I understood it made more sense to replace the 15-year-old HVAC system rather than repair it. I get the impression that Radiant pays their techs more, which translates into more knowledgeable techs with better customer service. Justin Blair my technician was very professional , courteous, and knowledgeable. He also enhanced my knowledge on AC maintenance. I am overall pleased with my service! This is a Outstanding company, They came to the Rescue , when i was suffering in my house without AC for a week, Justin told me that the warehouse had the part to fix the problem within the same day. I used Radiant to replace a new HVAC and water heater. All the return vents needed to be replaced which meant a handyman through Radiant would be sent out later. Tim the Handyman did an exceptional job withe the replacement. I highly suggest him. Thanks Tim the Handyman!

So happy with the plumber who came to install a new faucet on my claw footed tub. He was prompt, knowledgeable and polite. They were able to send him out only a couple hours after I called to schedule.

Not to often do find superb quality at a great value. Had a water heater that was old but not broken. Preston shot me straight, and did a phenomenal job replacing it. Thank you for the quality and efficiency.

Over the years, we have laughed and simultaneously cringed at their commercials, but they are have always been entertaining. Apparently, they have reached a worldwide audience to include John Oliver whom we watch almost daily. We moved into a new house and had issues with our brand new Toto toilet. After checking with trusted friends, we decided to give Radiant a try. We've used Radiant plumbing several times and have always loved the experience, but today takes the cake. Tim the Toolman came to clean up the drywall from a ceiling leak. He was with us all day, such a pleasant polite man. His work is excellent but his customer service is above and beyond. He even helped my kids bring in the grocery delivery. He is just another reason why we'll always use Radiant at our house.

The guys from Radiant plumbing who fixed my tire and jack on their lunch break. I tried to pay them but they wouldn't even take my money. They said in this heat they hoped someone would help their mom or sister. They didn't even tell me their names like superheroes. God bless them.
