After spending over $1,000 in March, had to have them come back out because the system wasn't cooling. The tech investigated the whole system and came up with 10 things wrong. I don't understand how the previous tech didn't bring these things up. He just pushed their maintenance plan. This tech then gave me 3 options from again replacing many parts to replacing the whole system with price ranges in each. If I could I would give them no stars.

Very Disappointed - Misdiagnosed Issue and Unnecessary Charges I called Radiant because I had a good experience with them in the past. Unfortunately, this time was very different. Terrible customer service! Called with active leak at 10 p.m. and no way to shut off water. Didn't offer to send anyone even though they advertise 24/7 plumbing help. Promised first call next morning. Called at 8 and put off due to "dispatch" issues scheduling. Called again at 8:45 to be told we weren't considered an emergency so perhaps someone would come late afternoon. 16 year old AC went out on one side of our house so we paid Radiant over 17k to replace. Since then we've had them called out twice in 2 weeks with temperatures inside our home reaching 90+ degrees. I DO NOTrecommend at all. Shoddy work and customer service.

We had a Radiant air conditioner installed almost exactly two years ago, and we've had issues with it from the start. Within weeks, we had to call for service because it wasn't cooling properly. The same thing happened last summer, and now, yet again, it's not working. Our upstairs bedrooms are currently 85 degrees, and my two-year-old is screaming because he can't sleep in the heat. Terrible business. Dishonest and unprofessional. They misrepresented a part they sold us, lied about its quality, and charged us over ten times its actual value. We filed a fraud claim with our credit card company and got our money back. We fell for what turned out to be a flood of fake positive reviews on Google. Don't make the same mistake. Avoid this place at all costs.

Do you like getting robbed? If so, call Radiant! They are 100% reliable at ripping off customers, performing shoddy work, breaking their word, and filling a $25K premium HVAC system with mold that affects your whole house (all that mold they throw in for free!). In short, Radiant is the BEST at doing a BAD JOB! Charged $300 for 15 minutes of work. Don't accept their prices, bargain until they cut them in half, hire someone else if they don't budge.
