I had my AC unit replaced by them. I don't think they have anyone that knows what they're doing. They over charged me of course. Installed a damaged unit. They've come back twice (still having issues) the first guy said I tightened a screw on the plenum. I had reported a problem with the noise coming from the vent on the bathroom. Bottom line: I think Radiant tried to take advantage of an older guy (I'm 83). On looking at social media, I see my experience resonates with some other reviewers. My air conditioner failed early Saturday morning and Radiant was the most rapid responder of the HVAC firms I contacted, sending a technician at 1 pm who determined that my 19 year old Carrier HVAC system needed replacement, and then estimator Matt S. arrived at the house at 5 pm and announced that replacement of my single stage system could be done the next day... read more

Horrible! Do not use. Overcharged me, scratched my wall, and did not fix the issues. My toilet runs worse now. Also, they will tell you about a membership program, but not let you know that you will be charged $30 per month.Price gauging. Literally awful.

This company engages in outrageous price gauging. They wanted to charge me $432 for a new faucet that I can buy in Home Depot or Amazon for $70 (a 600% markup for the part) plus $700 to install it. $1,132 for a leaking faucet is not OK! Avoid them at all cost.

After spending over $1,000 in March, had to have them come back out because the system wasn't cooling. The tech investigated the whole system and came up with 10 things wrong. I don't understand how the previous tech didn't bring these things up. He just pushed their maintenance plan. This tech then gave me 3 options from again replacing many parts to replacing the whole system with price ranges in each. If I could I would give them no stars.

Very Disappointed - Misdiagnosed Issue and Unnecessary Charges I called Radiant because I had a good experience with them in the past. Unfortunately, this time was very different. I contacted them for a clogged kitchen sink. I told the technician upfront that snaking had already been tried and didn't work. Still, they went ahead and snaked the line again and charged me for it. Terrible customer service! Called with active leak at 10 p.m. and no way to shut off water. Didn't offer to send anyone even though they advertise 24/7 plumbing help. Promised first call next morning. Called at 8 and put off due to "dispatch" issues scheduling. Called again at 8:45 to be told we weren't considered an emergency so perhaps someone would come late afternoon. 16 year old AC went out on one side of our house so we paid Radiant over 17k to replace. Since then we've had them called out twice in 2 weeks with temperatures inside our home reaching 90+ degrees. I DO NOTrecommend at all. Shoddy work and customer service.
