Hey there, Similar to other complaints, this shop practices scare tactics and huge estimates trying for big $$ Called a 2nd plumber out, he found a simple issue and fixed it for literally an eighth of the price they wanted... Before "the owner" chimes in at the bottom of this and says "we'd be happy to make it right blah blah blah". No. NO you won't. We had been waiting on Radiant to come out and do what they do to my water heater. My wife and I work full time and we made arrangements for one or the other to be present. We moved things around in the garage so the service personnel had access to the water heater. However, on back to back Fridays, they cancelled claimimg it was emergency calls that take priority.

I called them about what I thought would be a simple clearing of an AC drain but after multiple technicians came out they not only have not unclogged the drain they broke my AC unit and put a hole in my wall that I have to get someone else to fix. I've been constantly on them to get out there to fix what they broke but they keep lying to me about when things will get done. I will not be using this company ever again.

Requested the advertised tankless water heater flush The technician came and wanted to do $1000 worth of modifications - this is a bait and switch company - low life corporation - stay away. Their business model is defrauding customers

They say they are open 24/7 but the first guy they send out doesn't have any equipment so that trip is a waste then they send someone out with a not long enough snake and then by the the third trip, whichi is three days later, they get something done.

Staff is rude and uneducated. Totally screwed is around and we had them put in our new system thinking the had good service support. Pathetic

Would not recommend. A/C went out. We only needed a part replaced in the air handler. We were sent 2 reps from Radiant whom primarily wanted to sell us an entirely new system.

The installers did excellent work and they get a 5 star review from me; however, the company as a whole gets a 2 star review because they have a serious communication problem. I was told the installers would arrive Monday or Tuesday, so I waited all day for them. No show until noon Wednesday. None of my phone calls, emails, texts, voicemails were answered. My main contact was out sick with the flu which explains his absence from when he was greatly needed, but nobody informed me that he was at home sick. The fact that I... read more

I wish I was writing a more positive review, but here it is. I wonder if it's the fact that they know you can't fix your own plumbing, that makes people speak to you in such a disrespectful way. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. The technician who came to my home was polite on the surface, but the overall tone of the interaction felt condescending.
