Knew something was wrong the first time they worked on my AC. Had a second opinion - unfortunately after the fact - and was way overcharged. Called them to fix my heat (assuming they were the ones who broke it) thinking they'd fix their mistake free of charge it that was the case. Most overpriced, under performing company ive ever dealt with and it's not even close. On top of that, they throw in a few "unforeseen issues" that aren't on the original quote, so count on paying more. They also used one of my own filters and then charged me for it. And couldn't even put batteries in the new thermostats I "had" to have.

Do not use them; there are dozens of HVAC vendors that are less expensive and don't overcharge for parts. Initially, they wanted to charge me $1600 (they don't give a warranty!), but told me that if I take a maintenance plan with them, the price will go down to $1100. Their parts were $300 each, whereas the parts from other companies were a fraction of what they charge (see attached quotes). The guy spent not even 30 minutes to do the job. I called Radiant because they were recommended by Rheem water heaters. The service fee would be $59 and the plumber charged me $199. He said we needed to replace the water heater and gave me an estimate of $15,000 when the most expensive one is under $2,000. BEWARE They are a scam.

Terrible experience. Plumber declared almost immediately we had a slab leak Didn't even check toilets. After cutting two holes in wall decided he would come back with a listening device. Estimated could be $30,000 to repair. Called another service for Estimate. This time checked toilets and determined they were source of leak. We have 2 unnecessary holes in our walls but saved ourselves $30,000. I truly believe this on commission Plumber was trying to scam an older couple. We will never call Radiant again. The worst plumbers in town! If you want to get screwed over, this is your company! They'll do anything for an extra buck, even if it means screwing over a 90 year old grandma. Run, run, run!!!!!

They do not run their jobs properly and leave it up to the elderly, homeowner to sit in a hot house for 10 hours making sure their crews finally show up. They caused water damage by knocking off caps on drain lines in the attic that worked just fine before they showed up and when your bathroom ceiling starts pouring water( on video and out of electrical fixtures) and ruins the sheetrock and insulation, they refuse to take responsibility or make repairs even after promising that they would do so. I requested a bid for some work and the price they gave was astronomical. I got another plumber to do the work for less than half of Radiant's price. Also, they just sent out advertising that's completely plastic. It can't be recycled. As though we don't already have too much plastic in the world. Where there's no good alternative, plastic is a necessary evil. But for ADVERTISING?! Come on.
