Get directionsI called yesterday as a tenant to make an appointment for a drain clearing today. They asked to speak to my landlord for consent, and I put him on the phone to give consent. The customer service rep confirmed the appointment. At the end of our arrival window, I called to ask for an ETA, and was told that the appointment was not made because the landlord had not consented. If Grace picks up the phone, hang up and call back for someone else. Absolutely ridiculous.
Spent $24,000 with them in 2020 to replace three a/c units. Only to find out today that the condensing coil has gone out in one of the units and I only had a two year warranty with them so now I'm having to spend $3000 with a completely different company to replace this item. SMH ...
We've used Radiant a few times over the years and have always been satisfied with their work. 4.5 years ago we paid $9,500 for a new tankless water heater. It started throwing 003 errors which is a starved for gas error. Radiant charged me over $300 for 20 mins of work to determine that a $65 part (gas regulator) that they also installed when we bought the tankless needed to be replaced. Not only did they not allow the $300 diagnostic fee to be applied to the repair (standard practice), they wanted $1,100 to replace it!!... read more
We've used Radiant plumbing in the past and felt like they charged a lot but they did respond quickly and we liked that about them. But this last time they really ripped us off big time! We had a leaky shower head. It took the guy 20 minutes to fix it and we were charged $550! My neighbor heard about it and said he had fixed a shower head with a $30 part from Amazon. In retrospect, we really should've called our neighbor, but we didn't want to bother anybody. We did call Radiant customer service and complained and said it ... read more
No hot water. Tech tells wife can replace for $4400. Or can drain and flush. $850. Drain flush replace 2 drain valves. 4 days later, no hot water and heater replacement required. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM FOR ANY SERVICE.
The install process was great but after install is where they fell way short. We are selling the house and trying to navigate an error that was made on the warranty paperwork has been an absolute nightmare. Good luck getting anyone to cooperate and do their job after installation.
Technician came out 3 weeks ago to diagnose and fix my AC unit from my blower motor not turning off, indicated it was a relay and he didn't have one, since it was a Sunday he but would contact his vendor the next day, never heard back. After a week I contacted another company to come out and look, they completely disagreed with Radiants diagnoses indicating a faulty wire from the thermostat had damaged the blower motor circuit and would have to order a new blower motor.
Absolutely useless. They told me to be ready between 1 and 5. I set aside those hours, but then they claimed I was unreachable so they cancelled coming.
BEWARE!! BOUGHT BY PRIVATE EQUITY. NO LONGER RELIABLE OR HONEST. NEGLIGENT TECH. Notice only 5 star or 1 star reviews. Guess which ones are fake. Simple kitchen drain clog. Tech suggested a $700 fix when web site offered $83 special. We spent around $300 in the end. Tech was upset about the smaller sale, made SNIDE COMMENTS ABOUT about not WANTING TO RIP US OFF and directed us to buy an enzyme agent from Amazon that he sells. "I have it on my truck but don't want to rip you off so I'll just say that you can buy something s... read more
