I don't like writing negative reviews however I did not have a very good experience with this company. The positive things I can say are that our technician was friendly and available within 24 hours. And Radiant did give us 100 back when we reported our dissatisfaction and we appreciated that. We had a few services done and each time I thought the prices were very high, but I believed that adage "you get what you pay for." We wanted the best for our new home. A minor ball valve/handle change in our shower ended up costi... read more

These people are crooks. They promise a lot, like two years service, if you buy a new A/C. But they are liars. Stay away!

Business response:

Thank you for the feedback William and we're sorry to hear about any scheduling mishaps we've made. We'd love to get down to the bottom of the mistake and get you that complimentary service as soon as possible, so feel free to give us a call at your earliest convenience.

All three of my AC units have had a problem every year. We keep up with the maintenance on all three so it's not that. I have never had so many issue with air conditioners in my life. Two of my units had problems after a few months of installation. All different major issues. They had some terrible installers in 2021.

Though probably not all their drivers but this one is giving them a very bad name. Parked so it was hard to get in my car, blocked off the walkway and almost hit a neighbors kid and another's patio. People who treat places and people disrespectful like this guy shouldn't have a company vehicle

I called yesterday as a tenant to make an appointment for a drain clearing today. They asked to speak to my landlord for consent, and I put him on the phone to give consent. The customer service rep confirmed the appointment. At the end of our arrival window, I called to ask for an ETA, and was told that the appointment was not made because the landlord had not consented. If Grace picks up the phone, hang up and call back for someone else. Absolutely ridiculous.

Spent $24,000 with them in 2020 to replace three a/c units. Only to find out today that the condensing coil has gone out in one of the units and I only had a two year warranty with them so now I'm having to spend $3000 with a completely different company to replace this item. SMH ...

We've used Radiant a few times over the years and have always been satisfied with their work. 4.5 years ago we paid $9,500 for a new tankless water heater. It started throwing 003 errors which is a starved for gas error. Radiant charged me over $300 for 20 mins of work to determine that a $65 part (gas regulator) that they also installed when we bought the tankless needed to be replaced. Not only did they not allow the $300 diagnostic fee to be applied to the repair (standard practice), they wanted $1,100 to replace it!!... read more

We've used Radiant plumbing in the past and felt like they charged a lot but they did respond quickly and we liked that about them. But this last time they really ripped us off big time! We had a leaky shower head. It took the guy 20 minutes to fix it and we were charged $550! My neighbor heard about it and said he had fixed a shower head with a $30 part from Amazon. In retrospect, we really should've called our neighbor, but we didn't want to bother anybody. We did call Radiant customer service and complained and said it ... read more

No hot water. Tech tells wife can replace for $4400. Or can drain and flush. $850. Drain flush replace 2 drain valves. 4 days later, no hot water and heater replacement required. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM FOR ANY SERVICE.
