I was on 620 yesterday attempting to change lanes. With plenty of room I turned my signal on when a Radiant Plumbing driver accelerated in an attempt not to let me in. As I merged into other lane he continued to accelerate getting even closer and blasting his horn and flipping me off. Guess he forgot he was representing his employer and let his imperfect day take over his emotions. Disappointed with customer service. Had them out twice to work on my rental property. Both times I was texting questions about the service and getting replies at all was hit and miss. They finally just ghosted me. Service is also very expensive compared to Strategic Air who I hired to actually do the work, both times. Strategic saved THOUSANDS!!

Expensive, find someone else. This is your sign to get a different quote and not go with the first you see or the first one onsite. Good luck. Great customer service, nice people, they dont make it seem like they overcharge but do but expect 25-40% more for things. Check yelp first

I'm not out even a fraction of the amount some of these other folks are, but I'm still angry. Last month our bathtub drain was clogged. I suspected it was with a combination of dog hair from a recent bath, and my daughter's long hair. I was sick and didn't feel like buying a snake to try to unclog it myself. So we got a brand spanking new AC from these guys 4 years ago and apparently we got on the AC subscription service because they have to come out every year to clean out this totally unnecessary pump they installed during an AC outage. After the last straw today (when the tech told me I needed to pour water down the AC hose daily to avoid a $1700 replacement), I had Stan's come out fora second opinion and was floored to find out ALL the BS we've been hearing from Radiant for the past 4 years. Do better, y'all.

I am a single middle class mother. I spent 14,500 dollars a little over a year ago. That's A-LOT of money for my family. Radient installed an Ecobee thermostat. For the past month my thermostat has been randomly resetting itself to temps as high as 92 degrees. I have spent HOURS on the phone with Ecobee (who I will also be writing a review of). Spent close to $100,000 with Radiant to get them to replace all 5 a/c zones in my home a year or two ago. Have started having issues with clogged condensation lines and poorly operating units. Greatest frustration is that they have no after hours / off hours emerg service ( EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM TO IN THEIR ADVERTISING) and when they do eventually show up, it's with a poorly trained technician with no experience in my home. VERY poor resu and experience with this company

BEWARE!!!!!! This company will take advantage of you and squeeze every dollar out of you they can. Radiant came out to assess why our AC wasn't working and quoted us $6,000 to fix our 4yr old unit. The tech provided us with "good, better, and best" quotes, which was clearly just a sales ploy. He also said there were so many things wrong, we could even look at installing a new unit which would run us $15-25K. Radiant tried to take advantage of our family when our AC wasn't working. Instead of fixing the problem they tried to sell us a $15,000 new system that we didn't need. We had someone else come and fix it for a few hundred dollars. Radiant is a dishonest company, and I would strongly recommend against using them. I don't trust them, and I think that they prey on customers instead of helping them. I almost never write negative reviews, but I feel I owe it to my neighbors and community to post this.
