With all their cute commercials, I thought they'd be great! But when I needed a plumber the most-- when water was shooting out of the wall in my shower, they seemed to take their time coming to help. Then, when they had to come back because they didn't have the part, they sent a different plumber who thought I had a clogged drain! After waiting another hour for them to get their act together, I decided to go elsewhere. Hugely disappointed!

Horrible Horrible Service. If i could do 0 stars i would. Had a service team come out on Wednesday night because our A/C was not blowing cold air, they came out that night and told us we would need an entire new system. Came out friday to install took the entire 10 hours. A/C was blowing cold then come Saturday it was hot wasn't blowing air at all. Worst experience I ever had with an air conditioning company . It took them a whole week to repair a new system they installed . Their management team never stepped in and made it right . If anyone is considering using Radiant send me DM I can share pics and text from their poor installation. They also have plenty of bad reviews so do your homework .

I was on 620 yesterday attempting to change lanes. With plenty of room I turned my signal on when a Radiant Plumbing driver accelerated in an attempt not to let me in. As I merged into other lane he continued to accelerate getting even closer and blasting his horn and flipping me off. Guess he forgot he was representing his employer and let his imperfect day take over his emotions. Disappointed with customer service. Had them out twice to work on my rental property. Both times I was texting questions about the service and getting replies at all was hit and miss. They finally just ghosted me. Service is also very expensive compared to Strategic Air who I hired to actually do the work, both times. Strategic saved THOUSANDS!!

Expensive, find someone else. This is your sign to get a different quote and not go with the first you see or the first one onsite. Good luck. Great customer service, nice people, they dont make it seem like they overcharge but do but expect 25-40% more for things. Check yelp first

I'm not out even a fraction of the amount some of these other folks are, but I'm still angry. Last month our bathtub drain was clogged. I suspected it was with a combination of dog hair from a recent bath, and my daughter's long hair. I was sick and didn't feel like buying a snake to try to unclog it myself. I started calling plumbers, and one after another either didn't answer or didn't have availability for days. Finally called Radiant, and they could get someone out the next day. I was pleased. So we got a brand spanking new AC from these guys 4 years ago and apparently we got on the AC subscription service because they have to come out every year to clean out this totally unnecessary pump they installed during an AC outage. After the last straw today (when the tech told me I needed to pour water down the AC hose daily to avoid a $1700 replacement), I had Stan's come out fora second opinion and was floored to find out ALL the BS we've been hearing from Radiant for the past 4 years. Do better, y'all.
