We had a Radiant air conditioner installed almost exactly two years ago, and we've had issues with it from the start. Within weeks, we had to call for service because it wasn't cooling properly. The same thing happened last summer, and now, yet again, it's not working. Our upstairs bedrooms are currently 85 degrees, and my two-year-old is screaming because he can't sleep in the heat. Terrible business. Dishonest and unprofessional. They misrepresented a part they sold us, lied about its quality, and charged us over ten times its actual value. We filed a fraud claim with our credit card company and got our money back. We fell for what turned out to be a flood of fake positive reviews on Google. Don't make the same mistake. Avoid this place at all costs.

Do you like getting robbed? If so, call Radiant! They are 100% reliable at ripping off customers, performing shoddy work, breaking their word, and filling a $25K premium HVAC system with mold that affects your whole house (all that mold they throw in for free!). In short, Radiant is the BEST at doing a BAD JOB! Radiant Plumbing has horrible customer service. After waiting for two days without AC, I was texted that other customers had more urgent needs and I was rescheduled without as much as a conversation. My home had started to rise up to over 90 degrees and my dog and I were splitting time in hotels and friends' homes. The best radiant could do was reschedule me to three days after the initial promise date and offer a $50 refund. Twice the cost of reputable and honest HVAC companies in town. Especially if you purchased equipment from them and the equipment is "under warranty". Getting second and third opinions, even with the service fees could save you $thousands!

Overall, unprofessional, overpriced, and dishonest service. My 3-year-old A/C wasn't working, so I called Radiant on a Wednesday--not as an emergency, since my upstairs unit was fine and I had a portable A/C running downstairs. I asked for an estimate, but they refused, saying it would "depend" and that the diagnostic fee would be waived if I proceeded with the recommended repair. We DO NOT recommend Radiant for plumbing. Here's our story: Our plumbing issue started on Easter Sunday with a toilet that wouldn't flush. Radiant charged $3,794 to "fix" the problem. It was worse after they left. Radiant kept giving grossly inflated estimates to replace iron pipes that did not need replacing yet. This led us to seek a personally recommended plumber. A technician, Faarid (sp?), was at my home today. I requested quotes for Mitsubishi and Daikin12,000 BTU mini-splits to choose one replace the low quality Blue Ridge unit installed by a previous resident. I was given an estimate over $8k for a 15,000 unit. When informed I had a lower bid for a 12,000 BTU unit, Faarid stated that Mitsubishi only makes 9k and 15k units. This is an outright LIE.
