The install process was great but after install is where they fell way short. We are selling the house and trying to navigate an error that was made on the warranty paperwork has been an absolute nightmare. Good luck getting anyone to cooperate and do their job after installation.

Technician came out 3 weeks ago to diagnose and fix my AC unit from my blower motor not turning off, indicated it was a relay and he didn't have one, since it was a Sunday he but would contact his vendor the next day, never heard back. After a week I contacted another company to come out and look, they completely disagreed with Radiants diagnoses indicating a faulty wire from the thermostat had damaged the blower motor circuit and would have to order a new blower motor.

Absolutely useless. They told me to be ready between 1 and 5. I set aside those hours, but then they claimed I was unreachable so they cancelled coming.

BEWARE!! BOUGHT BY PRIVATE EQUITY. NO LONGER RELIABLE OR HONEST. NEGLIGENT TECH. Notice only 5 star or 1 star reviews. Guess which ones are fake. Simple kitchen drain clog. Tech suggested a $700 fix when web site offered $83 special. We spent around $300 in the end. Tech was upset about the smaller sale, made SNIDE COMMENTS ABOUT about not WANTING TO RIP US OFF and directed us to buy an enzyme agent from Amazon that he sells. called Friday and scheduled for a plumber to come out today 1-5 to hook up our hot water heater. We don't have water to our house because of a leak with the hot water heater line. At 4:35, I had because i had not heard anything from them. After already calling to confirm a little after 12. I think the techs were nice, but I feel like I was overcharged by a lot. I had two toilets replaced with cheap plasti c lids and a new water heater installed.

2.5 years ago I needed my 20 y/o 2-unit system completely replaced. New everything except ducts. I went with Radiant because they could finance the job which came in at EIGHTEEN THOUSAND dollars. Kudos to those who have 18k on hand. I didn't. I would give them a -5 starts review if I could! Let me start from the beginning, in May last year we had them come check our A/C and were told we needed a new unit, which we proceeded and bought and had them install it. A week ago we had a mold testing company inspect our home, the inspector told us that the HVAC unit wasn't sealed and that the A/C crew who installed it should have done so. OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!!!!! TONS of 1 star reviews for being dishonest. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Look, we all know plumbers are expensive- charging like hourly lawyer fee rates... but Radiant is BEYOND a rip-off. I foolishly used them a couple of times over the years, and I'm done.
