Very easy to refinance.My finance rate was cut almost in half .
Credit karma suggested refinancing My 2019 Tahoe. To drop my interest rate from 4.7% to a 3% and lower my payment and couple hundred dollars. I liked the RateGenius offer based on my credit. I uploaded all paperwork necessary. My loan was approved- my credit was ran. Just for RateGenius to say I already had a good interest rate and that my truck was old. It was a complete waste of time. They suck! Quoted me rates through the mail to save money on my monthly car payment,and always quote me one back much higher than the rate I got ...
Took almost 30 days to close. Several attempts to reach out to Rep at Financial company with no response. They asked for docs that didn't pertain to our loan, clearly they had us confused with another applicant. I finally asked for a manager,which was not fulfilled. Rates are not what they initially quote at time of application. Same docs were requested multiple times and sent days before without anyone checking for them. It doesn't take 30 days to Underwrite a loan. Maybe for a Mortgage?

Great experience I would use them again Really nice people to work with. Approval response was decided quickly and also saved me 157$ a month on my payment
Worst loan experience of my life This company asks for mountains of documentation- claims they are approved then decides they need more and more and want notarized docs resigned over and over … if they were good at what they did they would do it right the first time. Plus pulled my credit twice.
Beware! DO NOT APPLY WITH THIS COMPANY. They ran a hard credit check without informing me, to sort of push me into refinancing with them. They are less then professional. My refinance was approved AFTER I told meredith to CANCEL everything!! Then I had a first loan payment date 8 days after approval. When calling all you get is a run around. Please don’t waste your energy or mental health on this company
Title issues DO NOT refinance with them I refinanced my car in April I have made all payments on time and when it was time to register my vehicle in a new state I found out my name was spelled wrong on my title and they were no help in fixing it when I contacted the dmv my self they fixed it and sent it to them but now they refuse to answer my calls and emails about my title to register it in my new state so I can’t drive my car with an expired tag DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY they gave me the run around for 2 mo... read more
