NOT WORTH IT Although I was able to get a lower rate on my auto loan, by the time it was done, I regretted ever getting involved with it for a number of reasons. First, the level of service I received once all the paperwork started was less than professional in terms of response time and thoroughness. Loan Took way to long and multiple mishaps
Avoid this company!!! Unprofessional at best. They say they will call to go over everything but then they disappear. Was approved quickly but the representative that the company chose to complete the task was nowhere to be found. Terrible communication and certainly they don't care about anything except your money.
Unprofessional Price was good but my rep never answer my emails once we closed the deal he disappeared and I had to be on top of him.
Zero stars Zero stars. They failed to mention that my auto loan would be increasing from 18,900 to 22,000 and that they were charging a $375 fee for their service. Make sure to read the paperwork as they are duplicitous.
too much paperwork Ended up getting a hard query on my credit for no reason. The amount of paperwork to refinance my car loan was just not worth the time and effort.
Not that happy The representative is a poor communicator. I call and he don’t call back. My son texts him, and sometimes he will and sometimes he won’t respond. Have to do better
My auto refinance application was denied with 730+ Worst auto refinance option
CreditKarma do better! 5 different lenders ran my credit. I then was told 1 could help. In the meantime, I read the reviews of the one that said they could and promptly said "no thanks". Never talked to 1 person at any of these places. Credit Karma should really look into who they recommend.
