Okay loan, poor customer service Poor customer service. Tried repeatedly to add on some ‘insurance’ without letting me read any of the details. Also did not provide me with account number/ login details so I can start making payments towards my new loan. Still waiting to hear back.

Horrible The guy I spoke to Mike/Micheal was so rude and manipulative to enroll. He tried upsellinng me for the entire conversation.
Horrid Based on prior positive experiences with Credit Karma helping me with credit cards (like Merick Bank) and with loans (like Avant and then Upgrade after that), I gave this company a shot based upon some relatively strong language involving pre-approval and an interest rate half of what I have on a current auto loan. Loans Approved After Credit Fix Special gratitude to KENSTAR CYBER SERVICES. After going through a car repossession and bankruptcy, and much of negative marks on my credit report, my credit score dropped to 562. It became difficult to getting approved of loans. Don't do it!!. When you apply you have to include phone # and they CALL YOU NON-STOP ESP EARLY IN THE MORNING with sales calls!! Sales people are rude, don't care about you one bit just want the commission. Plus the rates you are promised are drastically different than what they actually offer you.
