Got pre qualified, then they did a hard pull which drops your credit score then they tried to extend me loan for MORE MONEY! What a Joke of a Company ! RUN FAST!

Stay away from this rip off phishing scam , they semd a letter saying you ate preapproved with about a hundred dollar improvement in your monthly payment. They do a hard hit after getting all your info obly to call back next day with a ridiculous high rate they know you will day no to . Guess what , thry just obtained all your info including your social . This iscan elaborate scam , the good reviews are fake . Avoid them its a scam .

This was the worst experience of my life. I’ve been lied to and the loan specialist doesn’t listen to your request. I asked more than once for my refinance to be canceled and was lied to again. Credit Karma needs to take these people off there site.

Bad communication as you get deeper into the process. At first everything seemed easy but they keep added things for you do and if you have questions….they are impossible to get in contact with over the phone or email. My representative was out of the office constantly and would have other people contacting me wanting my social security number. They would also try to rush you to complete paper work, but not explain the process ahead of time and if you had questions (in which they wouldn’t answer the phone) you risked missing... read more

Wow! Total disaster! Process started well but then deteriorated. I got them all information very timely. They approved me for a loan at a rate. Then contacted me a couple days later with an excuse the rate was going to be higher. Then a couple weeks went by, no contact. I kept messaging them and they would ask for same stuff they already had. Then they asked for an additional pay stub, telling me that they needed it asap because the loan offer would expire soon. Wow, what a terrible experience. I was looking to buy out my lease on my 2020 BMW so after some research I chose them . So they were quick to respond to my request. Basically, they run your credit and try to fit you with a bank in their network for the lowest rate. Sounds pretty normal. I’m very quick on getting them everything they ask for…like within 30 mins. I would put 0 stars if I could. The agent had no idea what he was doing. Kept having to call him and get his voice-mail to never get a return call. He kept telling us it was our responsibility to do things he should do. And even after proof of employment was established with the loan company he still was trying to tell is that we haven't given enough info to complete everything. everything seemed to be going great, they tell me i'm approved, they say the loan is funded and my previous loan holder notified. then over the weekend i get a letter from the bank that funded the loan saying i was denied. now i can't get in touch with anyone, called , left emails, voicemails, texts... nothing.
