Worst Experience Ever I am so DISSAPIONTED with rate genius that I would give a negative star if it was possible. Automobile loan Refinanced my automobile loan to lower the interest rate. Communication took a very long time. I went a week sometimes without response. I was told my agent was away for a week and that there was issues with office power and internet.

re-fi on a vehilcle These are some of the most incompitant group I ha ve ever worked with. The application was submitted 05 Feb 2021. As of today, 15 March the loan is not completed. Loan has been out more than 30 days so we get to start all over again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Never sent an application They steal information from credit karma to fraudulent submit applications. I went to pre qualify without giving my ss# but somehow they stole it from credit karma and applied everywhere.

Credit Fix A couple of weeks ago, I obtained of copy of my scores from the 3 credit bureaus; they were in the 579 range, how pathetic. he says there was no way I could be granted a loan with such a score so he rather introduced me to a credit repair experts. in basically 8 business days, the credit repair experts deleted all negative items on my report and raised my score to a whopping 791 across all 3 bureaus and I got my score after 2 days, very excited. here is their contact details: computer warehouse group 1 AT gmail DO... read more

Down payment? Already did that once!?!. I applied and they asked if I knew that I applied for a refinance that you had to put a down payment on. I obviously didn't go with the loan. Read terms and conditions after, it doesn't say anything about anther down payment!!!

Applied to refinance my car. The process was exhausting, they wanted every bit of information about me....and more. The whole deal lasted about a month and a half and at the very last minute the loan was denied....a total waste of time. Never again!
