Not on top of the process.. They try to lie even after I said I am a loan person myself.

Loan officer was pushy. Called me regarding another customers account and yelled at me when I told him it wasn't me, only to text me 20 minutes later with an apology. Not only did he text me 5-10 times a day, but his "associates" did as well. IT WAS SO ANNOYING IM WILLING TO SPEND THE 120 A MONTH THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SAVE ME SO I DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM.
I wouldn't use them again It took 6 weeks to get approval and funding. I made a payment on the 23rd, they paid off the loan on the 29th and my first payment was due on the 13th. So i had to make two payments in one month.
Bad Credit Repair This Hacker was recommended to me on here, i have met a lot of scam people but i keep trying untill i contacted the programmer (ex FICO and Experian agent) and he fixed my credit, raised my credit score and cleared all negative listings on my credit in less than 14 days. I would have kept quiet about this, but i won't be able to forgive myself for not helping people who are in terrible conditions like i was. Dont do it I submitted an inquiry to see if my car could be refinanced, the form actually included a disclosure saying we didnt have to submit our SS number, which I chose not to do because I didnt want my credit hit IF my car couldn't even qualify. Rategenius still hit my credit and stated that credit karma's terms and conditions give written permission for them to hit your credit as soon as you hit submit. Very Shady!
