Car loan I got the loan in a pretty easy process. After the loan was approved, I lost all customer service contact, never recieved any loan paperwork, and my car has still not been registered with the state of Virginia. Everytime i call the customer service line, the line goes dead suddenly, or the agent suddenly has trouble hearing me and hangs up. Horrible customer service.
wack rate Genius is full of it. Told me i was preapproved for a lower rate and then told me they could not find a lender to get me a lower rate than i have. Not sure where the discrepancy between credit karma and the lender is when it comes to my credit.
Scam First the offer on credit karma is not the offer you are applying for. They ran my credit which gave me a inquiry which would of been fine if it was for the deal I applied for but it wasn't. They return with a horrible deal an tried to force me to take it. The false advertising cost me a inquiry on my credit this was a waste of time. Totally disappointed
Waste of time and multiple credit checks So I applied- got an approval email. I emailed the loan officer on my approval email. Didn't hear anything back from him for days. I then called the main number they assigned me a new loan officer- he did reach out via email and gave me to offers to choose from but I had to pay $895 to get the loan. Frustrating Frustrating several agents were calling me texting me one couldn't even tell me who my loan agent was I responded by emails and texts no one ever answered my questions I was in the middle of refinancing I read the reviews on others it looks like everything went smooth and easy for them but not so much for me so far I'm not impressed the interest rate that they quoted me turned out to be different when I got my docs not much I could do about it really I'm in the middle of three different people at the company and ... read more
I tried refinancing my car loans. I have 800+ fico and they couldn't find a better option than the rate I already have, which is fine. They should've alteast called me back or sent some notification.
Terrible I was called and told that I was approved to refinance my car, he then said that my payment's would be much cheaper however, my interest rate would go up..I asked how and he explained that my current loan would be extended by 14 months.. NO THANK YOU!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY EVEN WASTED MY TIME WITH THAT CALL!!!
Lower car payment and rate I took a chance by applying for a refinanced car loan through Credt Karma. My rate and payment are lower through Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union.
NO OPTIONS!. Took forever to finally get back to me after I had to reach out first. They had no other alternatives for me was just denied.
