Bad Business Practices I was not sent all the proper documents to sign with my original paperwork. When RateGenius realized this they sent me a supplement that needed to be signed. This was signed and returned. They then called me to tell me my lease buyout paperwork had expired and requested a get another one from my leasing company. My buyout had increased $120. Avoid at all costs!. Never do business with this company. 1. They say they won't affect your credit score - highly deceiving because if you look into the fine print they WILL pull a hard inquiry. (see marketing email I attached - submitting to the CFPB as a deceiving practice) 2. They will take several days to even contact you saying there are rates avail. I had to call my agent over 10 times before I even got to a live rep. 3. I have an 800+ credit score with a vehicle worth 20k. They offered a horrible rate that made the p... read more

Rate Genius team walked me through the entire process and offered different payment options and different rates that met my needs. Refinance Nightmare This place was the worst company that I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They were rude from beginning to end. Unorganized and mismanaged. I had to file a complaint because my agent was arguing with me about being able to add my husband as a co-signer because he's here on a VISA through marriage. Worst Experience Ever I am so DISSAPIONTED with rate genius that I would give a negative star if it was possible. This review is long but it will save people who have same condition as mine a lot of time. Automobile loan Refinanced my automobile loan to lower the interest rate. Communication took a very long time. I went a week sometimes without response. I was told my agent was away for a week and that there was issues with office power and internet.

re-fi on a vehilcle These are some of the most incompitant group I ha ve ever worked with. The application was submitted 05 Feb 2021. As of today, 15 March the loan is not completed. Loan has been out more than 30 days so we get to start all over again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Never sent an application They steal information from credit karma to fraudulent submit applications. I went to pre qualify without giving my ss# but somehow they stole it from credit karma and applied everywhere.
