I wouldn't use them again It took 6 weeks to get approval and funding. I made a payment on the 23rd, they paid off the loan on the 29th and my first payment was due on the 13th. So i had to make two payments in one month.

Bad Credit Repair This Hacker was recommended to me on here, i have met a lot of scam people but i keep trying untill i contacted the programmer (ex FICO and Experian agent) and he fixed my credit, raised my credit score and cleared all negative listings on my credit in less than 14 days. Dont do it I submitted an inquiry to see if my car could be refinanced, the form actually included a disclosure saying we didnt have to submit our SS number, which I chose not to do because I didnt want my credit hit IF my car couldn't even qualify. Rategenius still hit my credit and stated that credit karma's terms and conditions give written permission for them to hit your credit as soon as you hit submit. Very Shady!

Very odds/denied Credit Karma said I had very good odds for an auto refinance. 700 credit score - and Rate Genius pinged my credit as a hard inquiry on a $300,000 mortgage. I was doing an auto refinance not a mortgage. Way to go CK and rate genius.

If you are considering using rate genius, some things you should now: Rate Genius is a third party that uses their connections to find a bank/credit union that will refinance your car with a lower interest rate. Not as good as advertised!. Just be careful, and stay on point. Ask tons of questions. There are a lot of missed communications, and LACK of communication. You will go around in circles trying to get knowledgeable customer service. As with most companies, once they sign you up, or get the sale, they will desert you and make it very hard to get someone on the phone.
