It's a scam Guys read the positive reviews. 90% of them are bots saying the same thing except the negative ones. It's 2020 and ppl still getting scam it's unbelievable Jesus be smart.

Not the best experience Poor inner office communication. Process took way to long. There was a very avoidable VIN # mistake that apparently disrupted the whole process. Asked for a refund of $10 due to an error, and nobody even acknowledged my request, I even sent in a receipt with the paperwork and received no response. Multiple requests for the same paperwork.
Awful Approval Process!. I was approved to refinance my car loan and after working with the agent for a few weeks, today, I had to give my final information such as insurance deductibles, license #, etc. only to be told that I owe too much on my current loan and would need to bring it down by a $1,000! The reason I applied to refinance was to save $! This caused a hard inquiry on my credit report dropping it by 47 points. The representative was kind and polite. But they omitted the fact the fee was apparently over $700 according to the balance difference of the old loan vs the new loan. When I saw what my payoff was and the new loan balance I became very disappointed with the lack of honesty. I was only told of a $23 fee to join the credit union.
Go to your credit union Take all necessary info to get your loan processed to then still have the bank/ credit union its actually through ask for similar paperwork. In the end you do the same thing twice. Take the middle man out and just go to bank/credit union.
Almost regretting it.... I thought it would be a good idea to refinance my loan, and after comparing prices with Autopay I decided to go with Rate Genius. After I put in my info, my agent, Bilal Islam, was very persistent to get things moving, which was good... But then I had an issue when my loan transferred over. Inaccurate financing documents!. Rate Genius' process is very slow; they seem indifferent to actually completing the process; the closing documents were full of errors (not in my favor!); and customer service is practically non-existent.
COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BS!!!!. I HAD TO GIVE 1STAR!!!!! Before you add a hard inquiry on your credit report please read. My pre approval said it would lower it over 10% on the interest rate and almost $200 a month. My credit improved 82 points since I originally bought my car so I believed them. Ok so they called me with a loan that didn't lower it not even 1% and they stretched my loan from 56 months to 72. So do not believe them if you don't want the hard inquiry.
