I I didn't take the loan I was approved for. The interest rate was good, but the reviews for the Company that approved me were HORRIBLE! Apparently there are fees that aren't disclosed right away so be careful. The representative was hmm... ok. She seemed in a rush the 2 minutes I spoke to her and the emails were very short & curt. Stay away, very disorganized and scary This is where an 'Identity Thief' would hit the jackpot. Scary practices. Loan process started off great. But it took forever to receive documentation from them (14 days). Had to continually contact them to send it. After filling out everything electronically, and sending the same paperwork overnight to them, they wanted more. Color Copies of my Drivers License, Registration, which is normal. The process was fairly easy.. They use a lot of little unknown banks, which isn't a bad thing, but with small banks, most of the time, their websites are terrible. The bank that refinanced my loan is across the country, and their website is archaic which is something you won't have to deal with using a well known and established bank.
It's not as low as I thought it would be It's a little better than what I had as for interest rate. Thanks Chris Dayton
Great Its gets done quick
Less paperwork for lower rates Credit Karma presents me with offers from time to time. I noticed one offer said that I could save thousands on my auto loan by going with Rate Genuis. I did a quick application and within a week, I received an offer for rate almost half my current rate. Although the savings will only be about $1,400, it was worth it because I got gap coverage and reduced my monthly payments by nearly 10%--while still saving over the long term. And I can still pay my loan off at any time without penalty.
Awful experience They misquoted my APR and didn't discover it until after I had submitted all of my paperwork (including notarized forms). Then they said that I wouldn't have to do the paperwork a second time, but I did have to go through everything again. They didn't do anything to try to live up to what they originally quoted or make things easier when they messed up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
