Frustrating Frustrating several agents were calling me texting me one couldn't even tell me who my loan agent was I responded by emails and texts no one ever answered my questions I was in the middle of refinancing I read the reviews on others it looks like everything went smooth and easy for them but not so much for me so far I'm not impressed the interest rate that they quoted me turned out to be different when I got my docs not much I could do about it really I'm in the middle of three different people at the company and ... read more
I tried refinancing my car loans. I have 800+ fico and they couldn't find a better option than the rate I already have, which is fine. They should've alteast called me back or sent some notification.
Terrible I was called and told that I was approved to refinance my car, he then said that my payment's would be much cheaper however, my interest rate would go up..I asked how and he explained that my current loan would be extended by 14 months.. NO THANK YOU!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY EVEN WASTED MY TIME WITH THAT CALL!!!
Lower car payment and rate I took a chance by applying for a refinanced car loan through Credt Karma. My rate and payment are lower through Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union.
NO OPTIONS!. Took forever to finally get back to me after I had to reach out first. They had no other alternatives for me was just denied.
Not Approved Offer came up on Credit Karma and would reduce my rate by 50%, oops just a paid ad which you don't really know until you apply. Don't waste your time if you have a score below 699, no kidding.
Loan with final lender is great The fina lender is great, the clown at rate genius, was no better than a used car salesman, the second he had what he wanted he wouldn't answer my calls or return my messages. I left over 6 messages for him, and then 6 for his "manager" Never recieved a call back on any of them. Was told they wouldn't process my loan unless I signed and dated disclosure documents, that were blank. Didn’t offer to refinance at any rate It was a bogus recommendation by Credit Karma. It was a waste of my time.
Rate Genius is not responsive and add fees that were not disclosed.
