The worst experience ever I applied at RateGenious back on 2016 and again August2020 few weeks ago, the answer was the same even though 4 years ago I had excellent credit and today I have horrible credit, the declined answer was the same , I believe RateGenious qualifies randomly, my comments are based in proven black in white facts, I just applied at a large reputable bank and my AUTO LOAN RE-FI WAS APPROVED ipso facto. I have great appreciation for Credit KARMA but, this company, in my opinion is not good at all.
Car loan I got the loan in a pretty easy process. After the loan was approved, I lost all customer service contact, never recieved any loan paperwork, and my car has still not been registered with the state of Virginia. Everytime i call the customer service line, the line goes dead suddenly, or the agent suddenly has trouble hearing me and hangs up. Horrible customer service.
wack rate Genius is full of it. Told me i was preapproved for a lower rate and then told me they could not find a lender to get me a lower rate than i have. Not sure where the discrepancy between credit karma and the lender is when it comes to my credit.
Scam First the offer on credit karma is not the offer you are applying for. They ran my credit which gave me a inquiry which would of been fine if it was for the deal I applied for but it wasn't. They return with a horrible deal an tried to force me to take it. The false advertising cost me a inquiry on my credit this was a waste of time. Totally disappointed
Waste of time and multiple credit checks So I applied- got an approval email. I emailed the loan officer on my approval email. Didn't hear anything back from him for days. I then called the main number they assigned me a new loan officer- he did reach out via email and gave me to offers to choose from but I had to pay $895 to get the loan. I asked some questions and haven't heard back since. I officially gave up trying to reach out to this company. They checked my credit more than once.
