Was refinance would never again They tell how much your saving..after all they added in and stuff there selling I was taking 6 more payments to save $3..do your numbers there basically selling extra warranties..I do not recommend this company
Ehh The process started off pretty good. They were pretty responsive but my new loan ended up being way more expensive than my original loan? I also ended up having to pay another month of my old loan and the pricing of my new loan did not change so it was basically 400$ down the drains. After the process was complete, I was not told how to log in pay my new loan. I was just left hanging & had no clue how to even find my new loan.
Poor Experience The rep who assisted me started off by making this process seem seamless, effortless and quick. Yet, after every document that was submitted, she kept returning to me asking for adjustments to be made. My patience ran thin. 1 week into the process, she stated all documents were good except 1 last thing. After asking why wasn't I made aware of exact needs upfront, she gave me an attitude and acted like she was the only person on the planet who could offer me such an opportunity. High interest, don’t waste an inquiry My phone transunion score is 662. I’ve never missed a payment on my current auto loan. I was looking to refinance for lower interest. The offer I was made was not reasonable yet my letter received states I was denied. No explanation was given until I received a letter with the explanation of ‘denial’(after being offered a higher loan). Principal reason stated is ‘excessive term requested’. They could not deliver the rate they ad Don't get your hopes up on this
Worst experience ever! My loan officer was unprofessional and rude and told me two different things whenever asked. She texted me other people's personal information thinking it was them! We actually got into an verbal argument she never returned calls and messages in an timely manner expected me to take off work all the time to make documents back SH forgot to include! Would not send my worst enemy here.
