the application popped up in Credit Karma saying they could save me $55 per month, the process said nothing about a hard credit pull, I never entered my social security number... I cancelled the application process before I completed it and even sent an email to the company to "NOT PULL MY CREDIT" as I didn't want the ding as I just bought a brand new 2020 Telluride. Terrible site Very few cars in there, no choice for any Fords except 5 basic sedan models. Felt like a scam to get my SSN, as you have to enter all your personal info to get to the end, where they ask again about your car with zero options to choose this time. Then they want you to call instead, so now you'll be on a spam list. Stay away from this one, is my recommendation.
iI applied because of the credit karma referral and the quote that was given was supposed to be a huge savings.. I received multiple hard pulls on my credit Despite the fact that my FICO is in the mid700s, they gave me a new quote that was actually higher than what I was already paying. Waste of time and I got ding on my credit. stay away.
Click bait. They can’t get the rates They can't get the rates credit karma offers. The world they are trying to give me is ridiculous and the payment only went down 70 bucks. That's not what i was shown at all. Disappointed
Useless and disappointing I checked the rates offered, read all the information and was pleased with the offer, so I applied. Whitin 5 minutes of the application I got a call from Linda with RateGenius which confirmed that my application was accepted and we started chatting about next steps, only to find out that I was not elegible for a refinance option for being a Permanent Resident instead of a Citizens. Hard Pull & Wrong Interest rate I shouldn't have ever let a company do a hard pull and hurt my credit score, but I was "pre-approved" for a good interest rate only to be approved at a higher interest rate than advertised. I tried calling Rate Genius agent several times and they never returned my phone call. I also do not like their non-transparent system of not giving you your results online and having to wait for your rate. I prefer choosing from a list of offers.

I should have never let them do a hard pull and hurt m,y credit score, neither should Credit Karma be a facilitator of inaccurate numbers that lead to your credit being damaged. I tried calling my Rate Genius agent on several occassions and never got a return call. I also do not like their non-transparent system where you don't choose from available offers. You won't find out your interest rate for over 24 hoursa after applying.
