The customer service was horrible. When they were trying to get me to sign on to one of their loans the calls would not end. As soon as I signed the documents, I did not receive any updates. I emailed and called multiple times with no response. I'm still not sure what my next steps are.
Started out fine, then went downhill fas I felt like I had to stay on top of everything that was being done. From the time UPS lost my signed paperwork which had all of my financial information on them until the time that they sent a corrected check to the correct Credit Union to pay off my current loan. When I called and left messages and sent text messages after the loan was supposed to have been completed no one got back to me until I called at least a dozen times in one day and finally got to speak to a sales manager
Saving me $82 a month Brought my monthly payments down from $305 to $223! Took about one month to get everything finalized--handled everything over email.
don't believe it, they look for someone else to finance - after they pulled my credit and then someone else pulled it as well.... don't fall for the low rate.... sorry I did.....
We received a grate loan rate!. They worked hard to locate a lender that would work with our perticular vehicle. They found the perfict lender for our needs.
Chad Mikels lied to me. Rate ok.. These are all salesmen. Don't trust them as far as you can throw them.
Bait n Switch They lead you in with a nice offer, and quote you something much more favorable..........to their bottom line!
I I didn't take the loan I was approved for. The interest rate was good, but the reviews for the Company that approved me were HORRIBLE! Apparently there are fees that aren't disclosed right away so be careful. The representative was hmm... ok. She seemed in a rush the 2 minutes I spoke to her and the emails were very short & curt. I don't have the best credit but really working on it . I was hopeful I would get a rep that would be a bit more personable. I'll get my score up but I won't apply through this company. Stay away, very disorganized and scary This is where an 'Identity Thief' would hit the jackpot. Scary practices. Loan process started off great. But it took forever to receive documentation from them (14 days). Had to continually contact them to send it. After filling out everything electronically, and sending the same paperwork overnight to them, they wanted more. Color Copies of my Drivers License, Registration, which is normal.
