I am concerned with the hard inquiry It said NO impact to credit, and they then run a hard inquiry! So, I don’t know if I’m approved, they’ve already effected my credit, and I may be stuck worse off than I was in the beginning!!! Credit Larma recommended them to improve my credit and know I feel worse off and stuck!
Horrible customer service Do not use rate genius their customer service sucks they don't get back with you in timely manner, they offer rates they can't keep and placed me with lender that doesn't use commission as income. How do you not know this before placing customers with lenders. Regardless of how good the advertisement looks do not apply. I wasted a lot of time fooling with them.

Failed to disclose all terms RateGenuis failed to disclose all the terms for the loan and I am pretty sure violated the Truth in Lender Act. When I asked to speak to a manager it was ignored.
Bad experience. Avoid this company!. Rategenius processed my auto refinance quickly, but requested I send my title to them via UPS. I sent my title and NEVER received it back!! I followed up with the loan officer. He said it was mailed back to me. I asked for the tracking number, the loan officer told me he didn't have a tracking number because it was sent via snail mail. WTF?! 3 months later and I still don't have my title
I would have given a 5 star review but I didn’t like the fact that there was a different agent requesting the information I had already provided. 4 different agents total. I was ready to give up. It started as a smooth process and it took longer then it should’ve had.
This is a refinance on my vehicle.. They seem to need everything but your first born to get the wheels moving. The two people I went through were very nice and helpful, but it was uncomfortable to have to send SSN, Marriage certificate, and drivers license over the phone or Internet.
So-so service I must say, the application process was rather straight forward, and it was rather easy to complete.The customer service through and after the application was completed is a total flop. I've had a total lack of communication from the loan officer, and the representative. I was basically left in the middle area with them.Just beware, it's a good service, but CS can ruin it
