Horrible disorganized company They were eventually able to fund a loan within 60 days after several credit inquiries, changing the rate multiple times, telling me I was approved for lower rates and then telling me they were mistaken, Joe Gent could not honor his word and I let him know I would write a review either way with the truth of his mistakes and how they were handled. new rate, not too schabby they helped me get approved for a new rate through a union more affiliateted with my career. The only thing is, if you are not from the local area, shipping paperwork can be a hassle, especially from state to state. Towards the end, I was unaware of the status of my application. And when I mentioned I would not be able to provide a specific type of paperwork, it took almost 2 weeks to find a solution and alternative paperwork to get approved. Good Car loans
pretty straight forward & easy process Overall the process from start to finish is pretty painless. I provided all the required docs, wait for a few days, and that's it. My only complain is that for some reason, I was hit with 2 hard inquiries on the same day, one by Rate Genius, and one by "Others", not sure if this is related though
Inexperienced people following a checklist, finally stopped responding and 2 weeks later I was emailed that my current loan was being paid off with the wrong amount, now paying a loan amount greater than payoff with no indication of where the extra money went.
Waste of time, not as advertised Expect a huge run-around for no results
Weak Before you apply for Rate blah blah, just know it's going to be an inquiry on your credit and if you already have a low interest rate they're going to give you 25 basis points lower than what you have so if you want lie to them and tell him you have a lower interest rate than you have and they will beat That by 25 basis points I chose not to lie and just stayed with my credit union
Same rate. Stretched out over 72 months.. They call you at 530 in the morning.
