Well, two sittings in two weeks and the love affair with the Redeye Grill continues to blossom. The service staff continues to outshine expectations. I am looking forward to coming back again and again until i have sampled every entree on the menu!
Fourth time here and will go back again. It was a busy time but the staff was friendly and welcoming. Oysters, fish and vegetable sides were tasty.
I am appreciative, after a long day of travel and work, to have had a delicious dinner with lovely service in an energetic but relaxed atmosphere. Times Square eating is an odd mix of quality and price but Redeye is worth the price, in my opinion. Delicious food, satisfying libations and a lovely atmosphere, convenient to most hotels in the area. I will return - thanks!
Excellent food, and perfect location across from Carnegie. The live music from the bar was a bit louder than we would have liked, but we were able to talk without too much trouble.

Overall, we enjoyed our dinner at the Redeye Grill. The food was very tasty. The waiter, however, was at our table within 2 minutes of us being seated. We felt pounced on. He then returned twice to take our order. After ordering, everything was fine until time for the check. He never returned after dessert order was taken. We had to ask someone to get our waiter. Regardless, I would return.
The food was good, service even better and the female singer in the bar area was terrific. Coming back on my next trip to NYC.
My daughter and I went here while on a weekend getaway to NYC. The ambiance was pleasing, the waiter courteous and friendly. I ordered the trout and it was perfect. Definitely on the list for the next trip.
Fantastic experience here! A classic staple in an otherwise sometimes touristy location. Food was superb, service very personable and ambiance was elegant yet not overbearing. Live piano player and singer while we were there... Definitely set the mood for a lovely evening.
