Very nice host who couldn’t be nicer when I had to sit 30 min at the bar waiting for a table even though I had a OT resv. . But a very unfriendly waiter who made us finally walk out before we ate because he took another 30 minutes to take our order and was rude when we asked to have vegetables instead of French fries because of a gluten allergy. Overall very very unpleasant experience!!
Great service and atmosphere. Ordered the rib-eye it was disappointing could hardly cut it, it was so grisly. Will probably go back just order something else.

Not very good. Menu is very blah and filled with only unhealthy options. The food wasn’t very good at all and the service was extremely slow. Prices are laughably expensive.
Terrible. The hosts avoided us several times when we asked about our reservation after seeing them seat several parties before us after our reservation time. We were even told that we can eat at the bar since they could not seat us for our reservation until 30-45 mins after we checked in. Unfortunately the service did not make up for the horrible greeting. I’ve been to this restaurant several time and wanted to take my mom for her birthday. It was such a disappointing night. Terrible
Our server started off wonderful, but the closer it got to closing the service dwindled staggeringly. Multiple drink and food orders were not properly placed the second half of the meal. When we brought it to the server's attention, their tense attitude, although an apology was given, made the table uncomfortable.
Our evening at the red eye grill did not go well We were given a great table outside and the hostess and matre d were lovely , sadly it went downhill from there The wine list is very pricey and the same simi Sauvignon blanc we buy at home for 10.99$ was the least expensive choice at 52.00$. Profit margins not withstanding that’s is a ridiculous mark up We ordered appetizers and dinner. After being served the main course we never saw our server again. This was our third visit and last to Red Eye Grill. I ordered a sangria which tasted delicious but less than half the size of my glass. I order the rib eye steak and cut away so much fat that there was half the steak wasted. My husband had salmon which was alright but nothing special. It was his suggestion to go to dine there. I had another place picked out.Next time, I win.
Service was really terrible and food was just as bad.
