The staff was great. Both my salesperson and the finance department. This was an easy car buying experience
The financial assistance was quick and easy. There was a lot of back and forthing from the agent to the manager that extended the actual sale itself further than it probably needed to be. But everyone was kind and helpful.
Overall 5, however I think the charge for the leaks could've gone toward the billing of the rest of the of the repairs, as well as the 59.99 charge for picking up the oil. If you charged 10 customers for this, you make $5900. I am a regular customer and I think this could've been a consideration. The employees are all very friendly and professional. I have also been a loyal customer!

Brandon was very good at gathering my information on what my vehicle was doing and getting it diagnosed. When diagnosed he quickly arranged a rental for me and contacted my warranty company and got authorization to do the work and my truck was fixed.
