I had a great experience working with Miguel and Daniel at Reliable Nissan! They were both friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciated how easy and stress-free they made the experience. Miguel and Daniel provided excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience at Reliable Nissan!

Had a scheduled appointment at 10 o’clock was not finished until 1230 went for an oil change asked about a tire rotation did not approve to have it done. Did not know there was going to be a charge. Had to pay in order to leave, feel like I should get reimbursed. Service tech sent me a message if I had to ask any questions just text. Text him numerous questions never got a response. Went to look for him said he didn’t receive any very poor communication.
