Awsome Helpful, and reliable Helped me a lot with my car issue, the advisor was very helpfull and the mechanic found my problem right away

Pricing was not as advertised online. My concerns when arriving at dealership were not addressed. I drove 2 1/2 hours for the service and had made an online appointment. All I could get was an oil change service.

Observed a sign saying if I wasn't provided details on what was done to my vehicle I would get a free oil change. Went in for a recall and was not told what was don't besides 'the recall was taken care of' until I asked for specifics but I felt bad mentioning the few oil change. Also was not made aware the spare key would need programming and will have to return again. And then I got backlash for ME not letting the technician know when I wasn't made aware.

Appt. for oil change was a bit longer than expected. CSR keep me posted on my vehicle service when asked. No other issues.

My experience was great. Very fast quick and easy. Nikki was awesome very kind and friendly. I did not feel pressured, uncomfortable at all or overwhelmed when looking at the vehicle with Nikki. Sophia was also so kind, efficient, and professional. Diva's slayed!
