Ramon did well, was professional and kept me informed. If there was a downside it was the loaner car smelled strongly of cigarettes which was very unpleasant

The financial assistance was quick and easy. There was a lot of back and forthing from the agent to the manager that extended the actual sale itself further than it probably needed to be. But everyone was kind and helpful.

Overall 5, however I think the charge for the leaks could've gone toward the billing of the rest of the of the repairs, as well as the 59.99 charge for picking up the oil. If you charged 10 customers for this, you make $5900. I am a regular customer and I think this could've been a consideration. The employees are all very friendly and professional. I have also been a loyal customer!
