Traded in a 2022 nissan frontier s for a 2025 nissan sentra s. Our salesman justin was very knowledgeable on the handful of vehicles my wife and I test drove. It was ok. Needed a light to be checked and was told I needed to make another appointment. When I made appointment I told them about the light. Very frustrating to have to go back.

Short staffed Had to wait 15 minutes to be waited on. Did not inform me I would be notified by text when car was ready. Didn't hear text notifications over TV and general noise. Discovered text when I went to use phone only to discover my car was ready 20.mins earlier. No one bothered to question why I didn't respond.

Isaac was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for and really cared that I got what I was looking for. He stayed after his shift did not make me feel like he was in a hurry to get me out of there. Once the deal was made he kept on top of making sure my car was clean and ready for delivery and paperwork signed all in 1 hour. Thank you so much Issac!
