I found the staff to be courteous and professional, however, I was very disappointed that it took 5 hours to purchase a vehicle that I agreed to buy in the first half hour. If I would have been trying to purchase a car there on a weekday I would have had to walk out after about 2 hours.

I came in for an oil change and it took almost 2 hours to complete. That's a really long time for someone with an appointment to have to wait.
