I came in for an oil change and it took almost 2 hours to complete. That's a really long time for someone with an appointment to have to wait.

It was good. The only issue was the long wait to get with finance. We had to sit for a long time.

The purchasing process was a nightmare. Service is pretty good, however I don't believe they always really investigate the issues I describe.
