Issac was awesome, so was Jesse and Paul was helpful in the end as well. Tiarre downright changed the terms of my contact. I have since fixed the issue, but they began by saying oh I signed, I showed have looked at all the service contracts that were added. I explicitly stated I do not want anything added and told her no at every turn. Maybe I am naive but I am truly stunned that this could happen.
