I don't even know who Jesse Flores is. I had a female sales person and her name was Destiny Rodriguez & she was excellent. I forgot the woman from finances name, but she was also excellent.

I always have a great experience with the service department when getting my oil changes done. The staff is friendly, professional, and keeps me updated throughout the visit.
