The service provider Jesus took my vehicle from 7:30am - 4:30pm. This visit was for tire rotation, breaks, and flush recommended by provider. It was recommended that vehicle would only take 2 hours which turned into the entire day. It would be nice to know the expected time for services or updates. As I felt I called Anthony more times than needed for updates.

Seamless from start to finish. Jessica was helpful and professional. Services were completed in a timely manner (same day!). Great communication throughout the process. They called my auto warranty company to have eligible services covered. I also appreciate the Lyft rides to and from the service center. This the second time I’ve had work done at Reliable Nissan.
