I think you could have done better dealing with a handicapped person and bringing their car up to them instead of having them walk to where you parked their car

Contrary to past experiences, this was a better experience at Reliable. In the past, I dreaded coming to bring the vehicle in because of how rude some service reps were. But this time, Ramon was an excellent communicator and service rep. No issues, like in the past, in relation to my car's maintenance. He explained what they would do and gave me an estimate on costs. I was very pleased. Shout out to Mr. Mendoza.
