Jessica was short during check-in and ignored my request to schedule an appointment for my vehicle's recall. The service felt overpriced for the level of customer care provided, and I was disappointed that the windshield wiper fluid wasn’t topped off.

I have bought two (2) vehicles at Reliable Nissan and I have had geat experiences at Reliable Nissan. As for the Service Department, they correctly diagnosed a problem with my current vehicle that was misdiagnosed at another dealership, saving me thousands of dollars in repairs and it would not have fixed the problem, so I have been very happy and pleased with the service I have receieved at Reliable Nissan and I would highly recommend Reliable Nissan to my family and friends and to anyone else.

The dealership itself is very clean the employees there are all courteous and kind and respectful they go out of their way for you. As for Rahman Mendoza he is one of the best service advisors I've came across since I have been coming to reliable Nissan.
