Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Service department always makes sure that you have everything you need. They also update you if you are returning customer for your upcoming maintenance. If it's something that's going to take a few hours, they do update you throughout the process

Everything went well except technician left broken plastic tool in my truck. As long as they actually do their work, it's a small detail that makes a difference.
