I called roadside assistance and told them that my car was dead and it the battery needed to be replaced. When I told him the issues I was having with the car they insisted that it was part of the recall, and so my vehicle was towed to Reliable it turns out that it was just an issue with the battery so it ended up costing me $250 for you guys to tell me that my battery was bad when I knew that my battery was bad. Everyone was real nice, but 21/2 hours for an oil change. Not so good. Woman I talked to had been waiting 3 hours for an answer regarding her engine light situation. They did not change the mileage/oil sticker on the window. I'll be back.
