Disorganized, poor scheduling with confused timing and two many messages. I was texted while I was there, replied with a question and it wasn't answered. I wasn't told ahead of my appt of a recall and would have liked to get it done as the same time as my appt., there were so many people popping over to chat up the receptionist it was a very noisy waiting room. I am very satisfied with my car, but still quite bitter at the financing agent who told me that the warranties were no good and I really needed the extended warranty.... read more

Price gouging on some pseudo oily gas in the tank that caused throttle issues and required purging a full tank for cleaning, allegedly. I left with the throttle still there ~ $700 poorer for nothing. The real issue was the transmission which was just changed UNDER WARRANTY and resolved the throttle problem. Nissan Corp, BBB, FTC and State Consumers Affairs complaints all coming your way for false repairs (no proof of oil testing conducted with a kit, per Nissan) and the refusal to do repairs under NATIONWIDE parts-AND-labor ... read more
