I liked the service. However, the 'additional' services they came up with were a little concerning. After I got home, I looked up the Nissan recommendations and they said I didn't need them done.

From start to finish Ramon communicated everything that would be done he never promised a certain time but did give me a good ballpark figure as to when my vehicle would be ready. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I thought he did an amazing job.
