No It was easy to check in, i almost didn't get my car because i never received a message it was completed, i had to call but it was very in and out. Appreciate the efficiency

Called and told them which car I was wanting and they said it was available. Kim scheduled an appointment and the rest his history. Sophia was awesome and explained all my options for financing the balance and didn't beat around the bush.

Overall good but alignment wasn't done properly camber and toe was off significantly in the back and vehicle was pulling. I still feel bumps and ditches rough, i'm not sure if they put in new control arms.As one was a little discolored. And also feel the control arms, vibrating, or something else. When I go over bumps or rough spots.
