There was not enough communication. I had to call several times to find out the status of the repair. We were down a Catering vehicle for a whole week.

Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Service department always makes sure that you have everything you need. They also update you if you are returning customer for your upcoming maintenance. If it's something that's going to take a few hours, they do update you throughout the process
