The wait time was 1. 5 hours for a scheduled appointment. My hood was not closed properly and I had to get out of my car at a busy intersection to close the hood completely. This was a very hazardous mistake and could have caused a wreck.

The service manager and all employees at Reliable Nissan are very friendly and they go above and beyond to make the customers feel welcome. I always bring my car here for oil changes and regular maintenance. We are very Satisfied customers.

Well, you sold me a car with a busted transmission, and even though I purchased it on the 29th, I still don't have the vehicle because it's sitting in your service center waiting for a part.

I have had my Altima serviced ONLY by Reliable for 5+ yrs. I received an email where I had a $42 credit in the service dept. Tried to use it today. I was told they knew nothing about it and conveniently the system was down so they could not accept it. "Not that I think you made it up." Walking through the building I see every employee working on computers! So much for loyalty.
