My concerns were addressed and vehicle was ready when promised. Ramon was excellent and friendly.
Simple and quick I arrived and was promptly greeted and checked in for my service. The service was quick and smooth.
Destiny and Gabe were polite, professional and courteous. Detail of our new pickup was prompt and thourough. Wait times were minimal. Experience was very positive.
Working with Brandon was an absolute pleasure. Excellent communication skills. He was able to explain what everything on the inspection report meant in plain English.

Experience was good until today when I noticed that my credit was pulled 6 times when I was told the one time by Nissan would be the only one

One of my concerns were not met. The eco drive or some issue with the engine 'while' driving. They ran a test while it was 'idle' and couldnt re-create it.
All the employees are very professional and nice and they took the time meet my expectation. I would love to thank your sales and financial employees. I am so overjoyed how they treated me.
