I don't even know who Jesse Flores is. I had a female sales person and her name was Destiny Rodriguez & she was excellent. I forgot the woman from finances name, but she was also excellent.
I always have a great experience with the service department when getting my oil changes done. The staff is friendly, professional, and keeps me updated throughout the visit. They work quickly without making me feel rushed and always make sure my vehicle is taken care of properly. It’s nice going somewhere you can trust and feel welcomed every time. Highly recommend their service department!
The service department was informative and great service. Ramon kept meningitis the loop throughout the while process.

The dealership and service was great! Fast and informative. What gives you the low score is the constant harassing to rate my experience. The experience was great until the harassment started after i left.

Why do you and every company harass your customers like this? Seriously! Ask once, fine. Ask 3 times?! If I wanted to leave a review I would've the first time you asked! Don't keep harassing me about it! If I have to deal with this everytime I visit, good service or not, I'll look elsewhere for my service needs.
Ramon and Manny are great. Whenever I need service or there is a problem with my vehicle both are very helpful and get everything done. And answer every question I have.
I think it used to be way more friendly. It was fun going there ,not so much anymore. Was a little better this time..
