Bad crews. Poor work. Poorly maintained. Bad restrooms. Overpriced. Poor/bad management. Awful service. The worst.

Great service, my only complaint is that there is no courtesy shuttle. There is a 15.00 charge. I had to sit for 21/2 hours waiting for car. I have always got a free courtesy shuttle at other dealerships.

I had an oil change and unfortunately had a leak after returning home. I called and the dealership and they immediate addressed the issue at no cost. I understand things happen and appreciate their quick response to fix my issue.

Great customer service. But had an appointment for oil change at 7:45. Job was not finished until 11:00 despite having appointment time.

Took my car in the first time because it was not starting, they kept my car for two days all it was for the battery. They did not give me a car to drive. So I was at my car for two days. After two days of driving, I noticed my hood was left unlatched. Thank God it didn't come open and we were involved in a wreck.???? took my car back after two days because the brakes were making noise. They told me it would take one hour to do a break check I was in for a little more than two hours. still was not offered a car or a ride home... read more

The customer service was very satisfying and I was treated with respect and was asked if I had any questions or concerns. The work provided on my vehicle was done in a good amount of time and I’m very happy for the additional information I needed to get service done to my vehicle

Appt at 2 showed up at 150 but was told someone would be with me but to wait in car someone showed up at around 215..I didn't mind the time frame but it was 95 degrees so I feel like I never should have had to wait in car for over 20 mins..I could have gone in the waiting room and someone could have reached out to me there for the info that was needed
