On Sept, 14,2025, I purchased a 2023 rogue from Reliable Nissan. We e-signed most of contract . Finance manager Jesse Flores offered a platinum warranty coverage, we declined. Then Jesse reduced the interest to entice us to buy platinum warranty for 4200$ . We declined. He reduced the platinum warranty to 3200$. We accepted. After some time I looked in my contract and discovered my platinum warranty contract was not in my contract copies.
