From start to finish Ramon communicated everything that would be done he never promised a certain time but did give me a good ballpark figure as to when my vehicle would be ready. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I thought he did an amazing job.

engine oil leaked within 12 hours after the vehicle was serviced. This issue was not present before the service. Could you please look into this and advise on the cause and the next steps to resolve it?
