Polite and truly cared about my needs in a vehicle. They worked with my budget.
Called and told them which car I was wanting and they said it was available. Kim scheduled an appointment and the rest his history. Sophia was awesome and explained all my options for financing the balance and didn't beat around the bush.
Overall good but alignment wasn't done properly camber and toe was off significantly in the back and vehicle was pulling. I still feel bumps and ditches rough, i'm not sure if they put in new control arms.As one was a little discolored. And also feel the control arms, vibrating, or something else. When I go over bumps or rough spots.
He was honest, kind, and very informative. I plan on sending others to him in the future

Awsome Helpful, and reliable Helped me a lot with my car issue, the advisor was very helpfull and the mechanic found my problem right away
Pricing was not as advertised online. My concerns when arriving at dealership were not addressed. I drove 2 1/2 hours for the service and had made an online appointment. All I could get was an oil change service.
