The service provider Jesus took my vehicle from 7:30am - 4:30pm. This visit was for tire rotation, breaks, and flush recommended by provider. It was recommended that vehicle would only take 2 hours which turned into the entire day. It would be nice to know the expected time for services or updates. As I felt I called Anthony more times than needed for updates.
Reliable Nissan was great. They listen and don't force any decision making. The management and sales dept are really great to work with.

Seamless from start to finish. Jessica was helpful and professional. Services were completed in a timely manner (same day!). Great communication throughout the process. They called my auto warranty company to have eligible services covered. I also appreciate the Lyft rides to and from the service center. This the second time I’ve had work done at Reliable Nissan. I won’t hesitate to return.
