I purchased a new 2025 Sentra. The dealership had a great selection of vehicles along with great customer service. I love my new car!
There are parts missing from my car after being repaired. I’m never buying another Nissan. I’ll keep my 240SX until I the SR20 dies.
I initially went to another dealership and I wanted to compare prices and truck inventory. When I went to Reliable I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I said I was just looking and they said no worries. No pressure from the sales staff. I did eventually decide on the dealership due to the price I got for the vehicle I purchased and the price for my trade in. I worked with Kim and the experience was great. Always so friendly and fast when servicing my car. I live in Santa Fe but travel to Reliable Nissan in Albuquerque because I prefer your dealership and service department.
Scheduled a recall appointment. Car was there hours, I found out no replacement was available! Why do they allow me to make an appointment??? Then I get a recommendation they perform over $500 worth of maintenance, including battery service which was just performed in February! What’s that about??? I do appreciate the Lyft rides.
