I thought that they did a good job with my car. However, I was disappointed that the paperwork said that the price included a car wash and my car wasn't washed. I was told that the brushes would scratch my car and that it wasn't recommended.

He's a good guy. You can just see that he cares about the customer. He did a great job at giving me an excellent deal on a wonderful car as well as cared more about my feelings towards the pros and cons of trading in my truck

When I got the truck back there were several items I paid for that were not completed.
